I needed a replacement Xbox controller, and after seeing the price tag on this one I couldn't pass it up. All in all I'd say I'd say it was a good purchase, because it does everything I need it to. For others considering buying this, here are some pros and cons to consider: Pros: -It's mechanically sound. I've had no technical issues with it whatsoever. -The chord is insanely long. I was using a USB extender for my last controller but I don't need it anymore. -It's sturdy. I've dropped it quite a bit and it still works fine. -The lights are gorgeous. I wasn't expecting much from them, but the customizable lights are really vibrant and lots of fun to mess around with and show off. -I use Windows 10, and this controller was plug-n-play. I didn't need to download any drivers. Just plugged it in and it was ready to go. Cons: -Despite being sturdy (like I mentioned above, I've dropped it a lot and it still works fine) it doesn't feel like it. The material feels like cheap plastic, and although performance-wise it's indistinguishable from a first-party controller it feels like you're holding a happy meals toy. -The lights are useless. They look beautiful, but you'll be sick of them after five minutes of using them in the dark. -There's no way to turn off the bright 'on' light in the middle of the controller, so if you like playing in the dark and this bothers you then you'll just have to put some tape over it. -The 'xbox' button in the middle of the controller is poorly made. Its sticky graphic cover was rotated 90 degrees. Thankfully I was able to just peel it off and reapply it. This controller is perfect for me and I'm going to be using it until it breaks. The cons didn't bother me all that much, but if I wasn't so frugal I probably would have thrown in another 30 to get another first-party xbox controller.

i initially bought this to have around as an extra controller but i find myself using it more than my wireless. the controller is slightly slimmer than the xbox one controller, more like the xbox 360. being a female this makes holding the controller much more comfortable for me. my only complaint would be that there is no way to plug in the xbox mic/headset.

This is my 1st wired controller for the Xbox and it surpassed my expectations for an off brand controller. It does light up and gives you control of what colors you want. The cord is about 8 feet long so you have plenty of line whether you have a small or large livingroom. And this controller has the standard port for any headset not just the Xbox only headset. Over all great controller

I bought this as a extra controller and the different color options are very cool. It is a corded controller but saves a lot on battery purchases with 2 boys playing

This controller is so cool and fun I love it! Another plus is that you don't need batteries so you can enjoy the strobe lights everyday

My little brother loves this controller. It lights up in various colors and has a long cord that he can easily move around his room!

I love all the color op tions, we almost went with a standard xbox one controller and then saw it was corded which sesled the deal!

Didn't realized it wasn't cordless when I first got it, but it's a long enough cord, and my daughter loves the way it lights up.

You can change it to just about any color, but the way I see it, you can't go wrong with pink. Just wish it was wireless

I love how it can change colors, also save on buying batteries. if the cable was 15 - 20 feet it would be awesome!

This controller is fun and easy to use. It lights up and changes colors! The kids love it!

Had it for a month now and it works great. Changes colors which makes it cool in a dark room. Works good and overall its a good bang for your buck. Only negative thing is it's a cord controller so you have to be fairly close to the system for it to reach.

bought this to play simple shooters on my pc. lights are ok (wish it had plain white) but good for medium to large hands, very light, don't have to worry about battery charge and latency!

Needed an extra controller for additional player. Wireless ones are $60, so we tried this one on sale. Cord is long enough not to be problem and everything else works just like the factory ones. Plus it has lights which kids think is cool.

Bought this controller to replace one my son had dropped several times and wasn't working. Didn't like the idea of this being a wired controller, but it works out that I don't have to replace or charge batteries again. Controls seems smooth and responsive. No issues with lag.The customization of the light patters on the controller make a great to use in dark rooms.

This is a good controller. You can change the lighting to different brightness and colors. It doesn't have any headset jacks. It cycles through screens on NBA 2K15 on its own, which is annoying. But it stops if I hit a D-pad button.

The controller is decent for the price. It has all kinds of cool color combinations to choose from. The only down side to this semi cheap controller, there is no feedback included with the controller. No vibrations what so ever.

The controller feels good in the hand. It may not be at the level of the stock controller or other higher end models, but for the price, this controller is a solid buy. The lights add to the play and my nephew enjoys using it
