PowerA support Sent me a replacement which also broke and then replace the replacement because it also broke within months. They will not replace the last broken one. These controllers are garbage. The Xbox button messed up on the first and they sent me a new one and the new one the joy stick messed up and then this last one the trigger messed up. I got one for my son and the mic port is now messing up on his. So I have four messed up controllers. They will not replace this last one.
