The buttons and controls stopped working correctly only after a few months. I would not recommend this product.

Only less than 2 months and broke. The manufacturer was worthless and unhelpful

Purchased in October and already broken one month later. Not likely to repurchase this product.

Controllers didn't last long. Wire broke less than a year of non heavy using controller.

Right out of the box my A button was sticking. Considering how much I paid for it this is ridiculous.

Constant issues with controller headset port broadcasting static loudly in chat on Xbox. Vendor provided a reset procedure which is cumbersome and sometimes fails. We bought two controllers and this headset problem exists on both. Manufacturer is aware of problem but solution is cumbersome reset procedure that breaks flow of game.

Only lasted 2 month and it stopped working. Spend 20 bucks more for a better one.

Wireless Xbox controller is really what I wanted, this filled in in a pinch

When the LB of my Xbox One wireless controller gave out, I decided to buy a lower cost wired controller as I wanted to try the performance of a wired controller again, and I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I think the other brand wired controllers didn't look as cheap in quality like this one, but what got me to buy this one was that it's cord was 1.8 ft longer than the other brand, which was 8.0 ft, so at 9.8 ft it was more than enough from my console to the couch to sit comfortably without worrying about stretching it tightly across the room. A little noisy on the LB and RB buttons compared to an original Xbox controller and it doesn't seem to fill out your hand as much as the other brand or original controller, but you get used to it and so far I'm pleased with the performance including it's light weight, and seems more responsive to go wired than wireless which is why I decided to try this, and I'm glad I did. Hopefully it will last a long time despite having a cheaper feel to it, being that it is a cheaper alternative to an original Xbox One controller.

Fair quality , poor performance , not sync whit my xbox one

I bought this thinking it would be a viable cheap option but I got what I paid for. Does not work with my computer (which is high end, every other controller I've used works). Wanted to return it but I was busy during the short return period.

Died just outside return to store exchange. PC board just went dead. I would not recommend even at the cheap price. I stripped the parts to refurbish a 3 year old unit that now works better then this one ever did.

This works well... for about a month. Then the poor quality starts showing and the item stops working well and showing signs that it isn't as well made as the official Microsoft products.

The wired controllers just don't last. I've only had it since March 2018 and I'm so upset that it no longer works.

This controller only lasted about three months before it started to have issues. Don’t recommend it!

After 2 months of playing the remote stop working properly, I played like 3 hours time.
