Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the wired Xbox One controller's affordability and durability. Many appreciate its long cord and lightweight design, finding it comfortable to hold. While some find the controller slightly smaller than others, a significant advantage is the elimination of battery charging concerns. A small number of users noted the vibration intensity as a potential drawback.

Best wired controller with fast response time!

Bought this controller for Xbox years ago but always preferred wireless over this. After switching to PC gaming, you can really take advantage of response time (depending on your PC specs). Having a fast wired controller definitely plays a factor in that area. I've bought some of the most expensive wired gaming controllers you can buy and oddly none of them have as fast of a response time as this cheap $30 controller. The grips on the thumb sticks finally rubbed off after using it for several years so I'm fixing to purchase my 2nd one. Highly recommend this to any gamer especially if you're on PC!

I specifically purchased this for use with my PC, come to find out that it is not compatible with my Windows 7 PC. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review over something like this, however nowhere on the box or in the instructions does is make any mention of this.

    Disconnects While Still Plugged In

I bought this controller because the right bumper gave out on my Microsoft controller and I didn't want to spend very much money for a new one. The controller feels lightweight and cheap, but I haven't had any hardware issues with it as far as buttons or joysticks go. It generally works very well. However, it will disconnect while I'm playing, as if your batteries had died with a wireless controller. You have to unplug the controller and plug it back in before it will reconnect. Some days it won't disconnect very frequently, but on other days it will disconnect every 5-10 minutes. A corded controller simply should not have connection issues. Stay away...

This controller felt ok, unlike some 3rd party controllers where you can tell just by picking it up. The button pads up and down motion and responsiveness felt adequate as well. My main problem was that after using it for about an hour the right trigger abruptly stopped registering. After unplugging the unit and restarting my console, the problem persisted. I hope this was freak accident and not a consistent issue.
