The wording on the instructions make them bigger, too small to read! It took me sometime to figure it out. Not an easy process and good controller!!

Works as expected. I thought it was rechargeable but it is not, it takes 2 AA batteries, which were included. Its ok though, because if it goes dead, you can just swap the batteries instead of waiting for it to charge. Has 2 mappable buttons on the back, which is nice. They are not defaulted to anything, so they wont mess you up if you don't program them.

Bought two of these so we could play games like Mario party and Mario kart. Would recommend!

People told not to buy it bc it’s the Nintendo model or something. But I’ve been playing overcooked and mario kart without any problems. It connected easily and works great. I got it on sale for $36 and I had $20 rewards so it literally cost me $16. Amazing!!

Great controller. Fits in the hand well and connects easily. Lasts long on the AA batteries and is a better choice than a rechargeable controller IMO because you will never have to worry about the lithium Ion battery losing its charge over time, just pop in two new AA's, and you're good.

Love this remote for use during our Mario kart tournaments! It’s my sons go-to!

Grandson has no complaints and added this gem to his Mario Collection that he loves.

For a silly goose accidentally buying a controller that uses batteries, fair to poor. Directional drift is fierce after a few months of moderate use. Bye!

Great controllers, used them a few times and still like new

The batteries last quite a while in this wireless controller. We play the switch often, so we would have to recharge the rechargeable batteries twice a week. It’s comfortable to hold and is easy to use!

Nintendo, nintendo, nintendo... Just when my switch joy cons start to stray they release this LoZ controller. It's great I can play any game with no fear of straying controls. I can play Mario Bros, MarioKart, Mario Golf, Mario Party, Mario Odyssey, Mario 64, Mario and Luigi Brothership, Mario 3 and so many more Mario games, ad infinitum. I just can't stand Legend of Zelda games, too much violence.

My son really like this controller. It is easy to set up.

Cant get over the whole “battery necessary” thing. I guess it’s great for those who play on the run. I keep mine on the holster. The controller is beautiful it’s nice and works great but slightly bulk-ish and heavy when compared to others.

Great controller, works amazing with the switch, easily used with kids and connectivity is simple and response is not lagged like some brand controllers.
