Does lack the NFC reader so keep that in mind. The weight of the controller is good. My only gripe is that plastic can feel a little cheap when compared to the feel of the 1st party pro controller.

I am a first time switch owner but thought setting it up would be easy. The buttons lit up like it was trying to pair but the connection reset right after. Also this is a battery version and thought it was rechargeable when purchased.

Good Controller

The Mario graphics and bright color scheme are fun for him. Only problem I have - there is no off switch so batteries run out fast.

We don't use the switch as a handheld - I'm not too fond of the joycons since my hands cramp up, so this controller is perfect. Feels like an xbox controller when it comes to ergonomics but the quality isn't as high - still good though, just compared to the xbox controller, it feels cheap.
