I recently ordered 3 of these during the buy 2 get 1 free, since I figured with all of these mixed reviews, id get 2 complete ones or at the very least 1. Unfortunately this is not the case. All 3 arrived without covers and traded in as 1 disc. Regardless of all the reviews, due to this being trade ins I completely understand why it happened. The rep responsible for trading these in wouldnt have a clue on how many discs this needed. I do however think what should be done is specifically list this as only bayonetta 2 - 1 disc and update the picture. That way customers like myself wouldnt even bother to purchase this and if the warehouse has the correct number of discs and ships the correct amount, its a bonus to its buyers. I currently working on resolving this with customer service. Otherwise the game is gorgeous and controls are well put together. Story and dlc is by far the best third party effort

This is an amazing sequel. Its complete with an excellent story, tight controls, and amazing graphics. Something to think about though is this pre-owned version only comes with Bayonetta 2 and a "New" copy will also include a copy of the first Bayonetta.

I was pretty psyched to find a pre-owned copy at a cheaper price, but was disappointed when I received the shipment to find that it didn't come with the bonus disc of the first Bayonetta game. I requested a replacement, but again, no bonus disc. Since I'd have to return one of the copies to avoid getting charged for an extra game, I decided to just return both and get my gift card refunded So definitely beware if you're hoping to get both Bayonetta games at a cheaper price. I'm almost certain that used copies have the bonus disc thrown away before repackaging for retail. The game itself is fine; it's more of the over-the-top action that the original game had, with the main character's confident, sexy attitude making her a real spectacle to witness. The series is pretty much a spiritual successor to the Devil May Cry series (some of the same people are involved), and if you're still disappointed about Dante being turned into a potty-mouthed emo kid, Bayonetta is a wonderful second option.

Same great tight controls as the first which is really where this game is at its best. pratucally every button push results in something cool on screen. The crazy over the top boss fights are fun if a little paired down from before. The story is over the top and makes no sense but it's that awesome over the top way that is fun to watch. The only issue I have is there is a lot of repetition from the first game

This game is insane. It is otherworldly. It is beguiling. But that is also to say that this is one of the most finely crafted games in a long time. The world Platinum Games has created is beautifully zany and a joy to experience. The characters are dripping with personality as is the world itself. The combat in this game is simple to learn and difficult to master. Yet it is undeniably fun. Bayonetta 2 features some of the most grandiose and spectacular set-pieces ever seen in a game like this. It would be a shame to miss out on this gem.

I picked up a Nintendo Wii U to play about seven games: Bayonetta 2, Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros Wii U, Zelda Wind Waker, Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, and Super Mario 3D World. Notice all of these games are Nintendo exclusives, and most of them are made by Nintendo. Bayonetta 2 and Super Mario 3D World were the best games period. Bayonetta 2 is a game that seems to be made FOR gamers BY gamers. No additional DLC charges, no fake difficulty settings, plenty of extras, and an engaging storyline that doesn't take itself too seriously. There is just something about a game that shows a sensual woman that can kick demon butts harder than any man in the game. I know some gamers who think it belittles women, but if you play this game, you will know it actually shows women in a VERY STRONG light. What a fantastic game, Platinum, and keep up the good work, Nintendo!

I give the game 5 stars but the pre owned copy was missing Bayonetta 1 & the add for the pre owned game looked like it included both Disc 1&2. Be careful buying pre used games. They are sold out of this everywhere so I was lucky to get it and then I purchased Disc 1 on eBay for a decent price. I love this game , it is very entertaining. It's too bad they don't make it for the PS4 & Xbox one. Definently worth adding to your Wii U collection for the older kids.

This game was fun. The action and gameplay is very fluid and built well. The story is a tad confusing but the ending really ties it up pretty well, as well as the first one.

Most people will think Wii U games are naturally for kids, but Bayonetta 2's definitely the opposite. It's a fast paced, smooth playing, hardcore character action game. Combos are fluid and rewarding; the game really rewards skillful play.

So this was my first pre-owned game that I purchased from Best Buy, and I understood that it might not come with the original packaging. My problem was that it came with only one disk instead of two as indicated on the website. Best Buy needs to either update their policy or choose a different picture. Again, game's amazing, but if you get it pre-owned, go in expecting to not get Bayonetta 1 like you would if you bought it new.

This is an over the top devil may cry type action game. Furiously fast and exciting, this is one of the best games in the system....if not any system.

Of all the WiiU games out there, this is easily one of the best. The graphics and gameplay are solid and the entire concept is really cool and fun.

This game is as good as the first and can stand up with the likes of DMC etc.

Great follow up to Bayonetta 1. Worth every penny and great wiiu exclusive.

One of the most enjoyable experiences you will have on the wiiu. A must own!

This is an absolutely fantastic game that helps set the Wii U apart from other systems. It comes with both Bayonetta 1 and 2 which makes it a great deal. Both games are incredibly fun.
