I waited for this game to drop down to 25$ to pick it up, and honestly It was far more than worth it. I loved the first metro when I got it on PC and never got last light until this redux'd version. Last light met my expectations of a metro game and introduced more mechanics and elements expanding on the original. But we are here to talk about the redux, not just last light. For those who played the original metro, this redux'd version plays very similar to it, but with a few notable changes. these changes are minor cosmetic changes such as picking up all the supplies in a stash instead of each piece individually. The most disappointing change was the removal of the armor system from 2033 in the redux. this isn't a big deal, but I was hoping more for a game updated visually without touching the game's mechanics. Because there is no stealth suit or heavy armor the stealth plays more closely to last light and the health i can not tell for sure, but I know you can not have the same protection as heavy armor. For those who have never played the metro series, this game is not for everyone. Focusing on the combat, you have the choice of a stealth approach or all out firefights. supplies can be little and far in between depending on what difficulty you play on. The shooting is solid and satisfying as is the bits of chatter you will hear between soldiers as you are sneaking around them. Overall I love this game and is an instant favorite for those into stealthy FPS games that limit your resources.

I thought these two games were addictive. Exciting shooter filled with great characters. Russian accents everywhere!

Never played the last-gen version, but I enjoy the HD version and hopefully it was this good last-gen.

I was able to get this on sale for an amazing price, but even for full price I would definitely recommend this bundle. Nice long games with great graphics. Only issue I have is how slow the sensitivity is, but I can get passed that.

It is nice to see this games together for the new systems. Metro 2033 was a hard to get a hold of game for me for 360 so I was excited to see these together and well priced for the One. It is a great FPS that allows for multiple gameplay styles.

Metro redux is one of the best fps games I have played 2014, is not only cheap, is a really great game overall alongside with action scenes and story.

This is the Definitive Version of the Metro Games. Graphics look great, game runs smooth, and still has that good Metro gameplay.

Both Metro games are remastered so they're better than the original releases. I'm glad I waited to buy them in the collection.

I got this game on BF for $25. It was worth every penny, your getting two games in one package.

This a great remake. The upgrades from last gen to current gen is great. A must play.
