A powerful story and remarkable characters. Tons of depth, but it doesn't quite have the perfect polish that most Rockstar games exhibit.

Red Dead Redemption is very fun to play. There is so much to do in this game. You can either progress through the main story, do side-missions/mini-games, or just goof around doing all kinds of random crazy things. This game has tons of freedom of you can almost do anything you want in the world like hunt animals and cause chaos in towns. you can do anything your heart desires especially with the aid of cheat codes you can use for fun. The multiplayer is fun when you have a bunch of friends. The game's story is great and you feel like you have a connection to the main character. The ending, without spoiling anything, is very dynamic and pulls on your heart strings. There is a lot of DLC which i am not a fan of, however the "Undead Nightmare" DLC is great for all those zombie apocalypse fans. Overall it's a great game with tons of content for those with creative minds.

It's like GTA on a horse with a six-shooter. One of the best games I've ever played. Hopefully they decide to come out with a sequel for next gen. This was my third time around with this game. If my 360 dies on me, I will buy another one JUST so I can play Red Dead.

Just picture Grand Theft Auto in the wild west and you have Red Dead Redemption. A huge improvement over Red Dead Revolver. Stellar voice acting, immersive world and hundreds of hours of gameplay!

One of the few 'must have' open word games from the xbox 360 / PS3 generation of games. The only way to play this game is on console as it was never released on PC.

I not much of a western guy but Rockstar outdid themselves with this one. Story driven and action is topnotch

Don't normally play first person shooters, but Red Dead Redemption is a game where you are immersed and it has a real engaging storyline.

Rockstar really knocked it out of the park with Red Dead Redemption. Its basically GTA in the old west, but the story and the characters are incredible and the gameplay is exciting. One of the best games I've ever played. I am hoping for a sequel.

I got this game so I could play by myself. Lots of action! Lots of fun!

I had this game brand new originally, then my step daughter wrecked it. I STILL play it to this day, it's a great game! Must have, in my opinion. I purchased it used from Best Buy and the game was in brand new conditions. It was only missing the instruction guide and map, but i already have those and dont really impact the gameplay.

Red Dead was always hyped up to me and when I finally say down to play it, I played for about 2 hours and lost interest. The mechanics, engine, story, world design and everything is fantastic! I love it. It's just a bit hard to immerse yourself in thus the 4 star rating. Overall very good game, it just isn't exactly my cup of tea.

Fun game, great storyline, good sandbox RPG with many sub stories and missions.

Everything about this game is great the vast vistas to explore Great graphics to enjoy and story with great action. I think some may like this better than GTA4 it's very similar in a lot of ways but different enough it stands on its own with a unique experience and on par with Gta5. Don't miss out on this great game if your still playing 360 or ps3 it's still better than most all games on next gen.

This is a gem in the Rock Star box. I love the GTA series and this reminds me of GTA with horses, a great combination that everyone needs to play.

If you enjoy Skyrim, GTA, and Fallout, you'll love this game too. Though it takes a while to get started, almost immediately you can stray from the campaign to do your own thing.

I love Best Buy, they put some great deals, their rewards system is amazing and I was able to get this game for $5 because of it.

I really enjoy this game it's a little older and doesn't have the best graphics but it's a really fun game to play.
