The character customizations are quite funny, and there are tons of items to collect and purchase. The game features lots of unlockable items (like the concert hall). Even more, each character can be customized to have their own voice.

At first I was debating whether to purchase this game or not since I've read some mixed reviews about it but I'm actually glad I did. It's easy to play and I would definitely recommend to someone who's more into just casual gaming. There really isn't much of a story line since and may seem repetitive at times so I wouldn't recommend it for people who get bored easily. All in all, I'm glad I purchased the game.

You can create your Mii or import your Mii characters from your 3DS in this game and start interact with them. You can also import Mii characters from other players. You can import Disney show characters, NBA stars, singers, even game characters. Google Tomodachi life QR code and you will find websites with a log of QR codes to import to your game. QR code just like Android QR code. You use your 3DS camera to point at the QR code, then it will automatically import the character to your Tomodachi life game.

I got this game after trying out the demo which I found pretty entertaining. I'm glad I got this during a preowned game promotion because it is definitely not worth the full price for a new game. At the start of the game, you will spend a lot of time creating new characters, feeding/dressing/playing with your Miis. After putting 10 hours in, it started to get very repetitive. Over time you'll find your Miis using the same phrases, acting certain ways, etc. It all turns into a pattern and it gets boring doing the same tasks day in and day out. It can be weirdly funny at times but after a couple hours, you'll find yourself wanting to move on to another game.

Great game for my family. Keeps them occupied after home work and studies are completed.

    Oddly addicting, relaxing game

There is not a whole lot to do in Tomodachi Life; most of your playtime will be spent solving problems for your Mii islanders, which is usually just giving them food and clothing. But there's a weird sort of charm to it, and watching them interact with one another (especially if you create Miis based on celebrities and fictional characters) can be extremely entertaining all on its own. It's not the sort of game you can pick up and play for hours at a time, nor is it terribly exciting or deep, but it's sweet and charming and at times incredibly surreal (watching your islanders' dreams is trippy, to the say the least), and a wonderfully refreshing, relaxing sort of game that's perfect for picking up and playing in short bursts.
