This a great addition to your library and have great details of the history of super Nintendo entertainment system. A bit pricey but it better to wait til it is lower. Definitely worth reading and collecting.

I was born after the SNES era so strictly speaking I don't have and "nostalgia " for Super Nintendo, but even still, I got to know many huge hits from the era, from the Super Mario Advance Remakes, Kirby Super Star Ultra on DS, Super Mario 25th anniversary version, vice versa. I enjoyed those games as much (or even more) than many modern titles, and that's one of the reasons why I bought the SNES Classic. Seeing those classics from only a retrospective view, I've missed out the hype and feelings before those games were out and when they first hit the shelves. By looking at those concept art and vivid images, it really feels like in the 90s, a golden era of the SNES.

It a very good book with a bunch of unique stuff in it.

this is more of an artbook not a strategy guide like the one that was available for the NES classic

Awesome art great product. Took me down memory lane! Got it for half price. paid 20 for it 40 would not be worth it.

Every part of this book was built with all the greatest games and everything in mind when showing you old school games and concepts of the snes

I was a Super Nintendo person back in the day. I had a SEGA but the system didnt have the content the Super Nintendo had. Mortal Kombat blood although edgy wasnt enough for the Genesis to stay. This book highlights the games that killed the SEGA Genesis.

Purchased as a gift for someone who grew up when the Super NES Classic was new, and who played it constantly. So this should be a good gift.

A great companion to the Snes classic edition. Is super cool. I wish the slip cover was thicker like the Nes version. Still nice through.

If you are looking for in depth help on the games included with the SNES Classic you will be disappointed with this book. If however you are interested in the history and development of the system and its games you will LOVE it. Promotional items, Japanese only releases, and souveneirs are catalogued as well as very detailed info on the creation of the games. There is a small amount of strategy included but it is not the focus of the book.

Will love this! It tells you the history of the super Nintendo games and such. Brought back a lot of memories and it was an interesting read.

I purchased this item thinking it was the new Classic Snes gaming console. I was wrong and nowhere on the front of this stated, this was a strategy guide. Which i will take responsibility for the goof, but they could have had a sticker on the front stating " This is book. Also, this book is non returnable. Be careful

If you are a fan of Nintendo, or even just video games in general, you will enjoy this nice, thick coffee table book.
