    This is how metroidvanias should be done. Prince of Persia is such a great franchise and sadly its 3D polygon upgrades have not been so successful. So, it was very smart to turn this into the style that made it so great but to enable the open world options as in metroidvania games. The gameplay, cast, voice acting, and graphics make this one of the prince of persia great games.

    Like Castlevania but with a more in depth combat system with counters, blocking, dodging, & combos. There are definitely some souls like inspiration to the game without it being too punishing or overly difficult

    Having a blast playing the new Prince of Persia game, the graphics are done in the comic book styling of games like Apex and Borderlands, but for a side scroller parkor Metroidvania spin on PoP. Definitely a fun game and would recommend to anyone that likes those style of games.

    Great game. Sad that the studio behind this game got the axe from Ubisoft. Get your physical copies while you can. They’re reasonable affordable.
