Princess Peach: Showtime! is a delightful game bursting with charm. Sure, the gameplay is simplistic if you're an experienced gamer, but it's still full of fun. Kids will adore it, but I bought it for myself and have a blast with it too! The graphics are vibrant, though they do get a bit blurry in handheld mode (I haven't tried it docked). My one gripe for completionists: if you miss a collectible, you have to replay the WHOLE level. It would be better if you could retry specific sections. Overall, a cute and enjoyable treat for Nintendo fans.

I got this game for my 6 year old daughter who just began playing video games. She began playing Super Mario 3D world but had some issues with controlling the characters. This game really got her into playing video games and just a couple weeks into playing this game I can she her dexterity improved immensely. The ice skating and baking were some of her favorite missions. After owning the game for about 3 months and upgrading the Switch OLED model to a Switch 2, my child still enjoys playing this game the most. It's definitely a great game that engages Peach fans into playing more video games!

This video game is a wildly fun and varied buffet! It's easy as far as action goes--collecting everything is a bit more challenging, and the game focuses more on its surprises; as much an adventure game as an action game, really. Don't worry about getting all the collectibles your first time through (as replaying levels is a slog with unskippable cutscenes), and you will have a good ol' time hanging out in these zany plays, Jerry

SO MUCH FUN!! I love playing this game so far and it's really delightful. The graphics look wonderful and it is a low-stress game. A little short gameplay wise I've heard, but definitely has replay value. If you enjoyed the original Princess Peach game or Mario games in general, you'll love this one.

The controls and gameplay are very simple and forgiving which is perfect for younger players. Story is entertaining enough for just one playthrough if you're an experienced player. I would recommend it as a gift for either Princess Peach fans or a new to video games player.

It is a simple, but engaging little game. It has the Mario charm flipped onto a unique concept. Definitely different than any other installment from the Mario Bros. franchise.

This was my 7 year old daughters first video game to call her own. She loves it! Its great to see the various gameplay styles from ice skating against enemies, to baking, to being a ninja and to being a singing mermaid! The story is very simple where its like Peach is on a play stage for each level which is a nice touch. Some levels are more challenging than others where my kid needed my help but thats fine. I wish i knew why this game gets more hate thsn love; its exactly what you think itll be and it great for it.

The variety of game play mechanics is a great way to introduce kids to different game types like Stealth, Mini-games, puzzle games and more. It is not challenging to beat but it is a little hard to 100% complete.

It’s really entertaining, I’m really glad to see that Nintendo gave Princess Peach her own Storytelling game.

I Purchased this Mario Brothers Game for my daughter for Christmas last year and she loved it. She adores Princess Peach and always picks her character. The pixels is awesome and the game challenges are so graphically beautiful.

This is a great game for a little girl around 5-9 years old.

Fun game and nice addition to the Mario characters Franchise series. If you played Luigi's Mansion or Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker then you'll definitely have a fun time with this game to. Pretty much a 2.5D game where instead of the iconic plumber or his brother you play as his love and usually kidnapped girlfriend Princess Peach. This time though instead of being a kidnapped victim or side character she's the main protagonist finally after all this time. Overall a great game that is going to give fans a ton of enjoyment and hopefully opens up some possible new game titles for our beloved Princess Peach.

My wife has been waiting for a princess peach game and she is not disappointed. Loves it and even though it’s challenging she loves trying to conplete it

Preordered - arrived on release day. Well packaged and has a great preorder gift. 10/10 for everthing Best Buy did. As for the game itself, it’s almost perfect. It oozes in Nintendo charm. It has both fun action and relaxing gameplay sequences. Casual gamers will have a great time, and for Nintendo fans, it’s a satisfying must buy.

It has been a really fun game!! I kids picked up and started playing it with no problems and have absolutely loved playing the game over and over.

Princess Peach Showtime! has been super fun so far. The level based structure makes it quick to run through a level or two per night. The levels are simple enough that they would appeal to a wide range of ages without getting frustrated, but things like getting the bonus stars give each level replay level. Each costume gives a fun different move set to each level. Would definitely recommend to Princess Peach fans of all ages, or those looking for a relaxing fun time!

The game itself isn't bad. It has more cryptic elements than I gave it credit for, and has a degree of challenge that I was not expecting. I hope to see more games starring Princess Peach. However, I was hoping to get the acrylic stand that was supposed to be a preorder bonus, even taking my lunch break early to get to Best Buy right when they opened, only to be told when I picked it up that my order for the acrylic stand was canceled. They never bothered to tell me beforehand. I don't know if my local Best Buy even got any in to begin with. I would like clarification on what they mean by first-come-first-served for preorder bonuses, so I can be guaranteed to get one in the future. Is it when you order the game, or when you pick it up? Because I was inclined to believe it was the latter.
