    I am very pleased with my purchase and it looks and sounds fantastic in my garage. I had ordered it at my local best buy with an expected delivery date of 1 week to the store location. After 1 week passed i was notified it was running late..no big issue..2nd week i went to the store to check on status..still not arrived. 3rd week same thing but i insisted to them to check thoroughly in their warehouse since they had received conflcting info from the supplier. If had been delivered and they were unaware( not sure how long it actuallyhad been there)..therefore no notification to me. I thought this was very out of character for Best Buy, very disappointed in the customer service and professionalism. This was an expensive purchase for me and just wanted what i paid for. I will shop around a little more the next time i decide to purchase some home electronics before i check best buy.
