The Machine looks OK but I can't use properly without IFIT membership. My purchase came with a 1 year membership, but I was told that the deal expired after Jan 5th? I bought the machine in on Dec 5th and did not get the Machine until Jan 12th because of delays on Best Buys end. Was transferred 4-5 times with no help. Eventually they just transferred me to Proform without my consent. The issue with not even with Proform! I just need the activation code for IFIT! Been dealing with Best Buy for a while. This was the worst customer service experience.

Really disappointed. I love Best Buy and generally have tremendous luck with my purchases, but this was a bust. It’s not a complex assembly, but it is heavy. While it could be done alone, I highly recommend a second person. After my first pull of the handle I could hear immediately that the flywheel is faulty. It sounds as if with each spin, metal is clanking quickly then slows as the wheel comes to a stop inside the housing. Because the cover is much more opaque than any picture I could find of this machine, I believe this could have been a “repaired” machine that was resold as new. Some of the screws on the housing look worked over, as if it was not factory new. I did see another review stating the flywheel was a problem, which leads me to be love someone else purchased this machine and returned it due to the faulty flywheel and I ended up with it. After speaking with customer service (for over an hour and having been hung up on accidentally at least once) I was told this would need to be exchanged. The biggest bummer is this product is no longer available. Not a great experience.

Bought because of the sale price and reviews. I have used it for a few weeks now and love it. I cast the Ifit app to my 55" Sony TV. seems like really great quality too!

I bought this rowing machine because I wanted to continue exercising after the gym was no longer an option. The hardware has been solid, the features are better than those I had on the gym machine, and the integration with an app on my iPhone works well.

-Customer service through the manufacture sucks. -No support in getting materials to use the Ifit services. I still have not been able to register my device through them. -the product works with out the full extent of the phone app and other features. Out of the box, it is possible to use with out the ea yea features.

I enjoy the rowing machine. It is helping me workout. I am seeing results. The machine provides a good workout. If you put in the work you will begin to see results.

My husband & I are both enjoying the bike. The design is streamlined. It is easy to use. However we both with the foot pads were adjustable to tilt allowing more natural leg position. I never “strap myself in”. It’s move comfortable.

Awesome row machine! However, the requirement to activate via iFit App and agree to pay a monthly member ship (can be deactivated immediately) before the device will function/turn on is a little disappointing.

amazing workout equipment. Love the fact that it folds and can be put off to the side to save room. I am happy I do not need to sign up for trainer involved workouts, that I can do my self.

Good machine. Upgraded from a Sunny rower. Sits higher, much more comfortable, many additional settings, and readable panel. It also has 24 levels compared to 16 on the Sunny. The price was great.

Love it, amazing build quality, the only issue is the iFit software that it requires you to set up. You do have the option of subscribing and then cancelling your membership.

This machine will work out all the major muscle groups. I did not purchase the class. But, was able to access it for a limited time on my phone. the class was very inspiring.

This has connected well with my old iPad. Be careful if you use a newer iPhone, it called 911 from my husbands phone. We have used this daily and feel that it was a wonderful purchase.
