It does help keep the sweat off the floor. No to think so, it not a big help for noice and it does start to roll in the center even under the treadmill.

I have used it several times and it has kept its form. I love the fact that I can wrap it up for storage with the attached strap.

It’s large enough for commercial size treadmill to fit but wish it was a little larger. No issue so far except that the roomba sometimes get stuck trying to go over it. Have Nordictrack treadmill.

I was wrong. This mat is good enough. Its area is more than enough for any treadmill. I like it.
