Used it right away, Apple associate was helpful.

Apple associate said we needed the new version Apple TV rather than the one the Best Buy associate said would work for us. Thanks to Apple Care for trying. Shame on me for not doing more investigation on the product I wanted. No thanks to the Best Buy associate for telling us the older version would work for us.
