Awesome design, especially the back with Hitchcock's silhouette. I hope they make more Steelbooks in this series because I want to buy them all. $25 is a tad much for me, but you get 4k and blu-ray discs with it, in great collectible packaging and I believe digital codes, so its pretty much worth it.

The Blu-ray provided a definite upgrade over the DVD release This movie scared me and disturbed me when I first saw it as a 12 year old at the Drive-In. As an adult I appreciate the movie for the quality of the story, the production, the direction and the acting. This is one of the very best movies ever made and watching it on Blu-ray was almost like seeing it for the first time.

    A Hitchcock Classic

For those people old enough to remember Alfred Hitchcock, this is one of his classic films. It is filmed in black and white because it was a low budget production for the time. I wasn't old enough to see it when it first came out. It might seem dull to a generation raised on computer generated special effects, but it was quite controversial for its time. If you are a "movie classics" affection-ado, you must see this one.

Steelbook design’s definitely not the best, but it’s okay for what it is. Movie’s still pretty good after all these years and holds up real well. Worth the watch for all horror fans alike

An absolutely gorgeous steelbook with an equally gorgeous 4K UHD video/audio presentation of the unforgettable, suspenseful Hitchcock classic. I skipped the initial 4-film box set that included this and am so glad I did. One of my favorite steelbooks on my shelf.

This is such a classic Hitchcock movie! The shower scene is what everybody talks about and remembers, but there were so many good parts other than that. And Anthony Perkins was so creepy! Being a Valley of the Sun native, one of my favorite aspects of this movie is seeing how downtown Phoenix looked in 1960 as shown in the early part of the movie.

One of the best steelbooks ive seen all year. Maybe ever. I wish they made a set woth birds, rear window, and vertigo, in a steel box like the rambo set. The original art is perfect for this classic. This disk is the corrected disks with the original mono.

If you want your Hitchcock collection to be anywhere near complete (well, I guess that's a tough one, Hitchcock made about 50 films), or if you really want to see 'Psycho' (1960) in the highest resolution it is likely to ever be viewed in, this is a must have.

I love the original Psycho, and having it on Blu-ray is awesome. HD quality, bonus content like the making of, storyboards, behind the scenes photos, and more... But even without all that, it's worth owning simply for the movie itself, which is a classic that stands the test of time with great acting, storytelling, music, and cinematography.

I remember watching this when it first arrived in theaters. It scared the heck out of me. I wanted to watch the uncut version in 4K on my new TV to see if I would still have the same reaction that I did many years ago. I don't think I will be disappointed.

This one movie by the late great Alfred Hitchcock set the stage for a whole style of suspense/horror films. He's been an inspiration for nearly every director since. Meticulous transfer to HD. Be sure to look for the director himself, he shows up in cameo in all his films. Perkins is at his creepiest in this movie by the way.

I watched this movie a few years back while in college and fell in love. With the advances in technology I wasn't sure what to expect but the movie is perfect. I also enjoyed watching all the extras from when the movie came out in theaters and how they market it. This is a great bluray to purchase to really learn about Hitchcock!

Psycho still shocks after fifty years. The performances, the cinematography, are all superb--especially considering it was all a television crew and the sets were TV sets. Hitchcock cemented his reputation and his career, but cooked his chances of an Oscar forever. Hollywood has still not given a horror film an Oscar and never will.
