Low Budget Horror at its Finest

For anyone unaware, Puppet Master is a film franchise from Full Moon Features, a low-budget production company known for making cheesy horror and sci-fi films. Puppet Master is perhaps their most popular franchise.
As you may have guessed from the title, the films focus on killer puppets. Puppet Master III is a prequel to the original series of films and is widely considered to be the last worthwhile Puppet Master film from the original franchise (a recent Puppet Master reboot film was released in 2018 that was decent). Adrian Toulon, the Puppet Master, creates his puppets in this film and sets them on a mission to kill the 1940s German soldiers that killed his wife. Pretty straight forward. Later films get kind of confusing about whether or not the puppets are good or evil and who the enemy is but this one is straight forward.
The puppets in these films are all pretty cool and well designed. You can tell a lot of care went into designing these characters. If you like horror, especially low-budget horror, this is a great film to check out.

This is the prequel to the original. Its another fun entry into the Puppet Master series. Will it win awards? NO! Will it put a smile on your face? Heck yea!

I love the Puppet Master movies! It is one of my favorites. Yes, they may be kind of cheesy, but they remind me of growing up in the 80’s.
