Cute Little Portable Air Purifier

I got this purifier for the sole purpose of using it in my cars. We have a bigger air purifier that we have been using in our rooms almost since the beginning of this pandemic but I've always wondered how can we clean the air inside our cars until I saw this Pure Enrichment Portable Air Purifier. I immediately grabbed it to give it a try. I am impressed with the physical and visual quality of this unit. We have been using it at least twice a week in our cars to keep the air clean.
The box contains the purifier itself, a filter (wrapped in a plastic sleeve) and a charging cable. Initially, the filter that I received had patches dirt on it. I contacted the company right away and they sent me a brand new purifier and an extra filter very next day. That was an awesome customer service. Very happy with that. So now I have two sets of this air purifier, one each car.
I'm not an air quality expert but I do like clean air. The reason I got this purifier is because it is small, attractive and portable. It's designed to be used in an area up to 54 sq. feet. I put it on charge as soon as I received it. It took couple of hours to fully charge. The unit itself functions great. Two fan speeds to get the job done, relatively quiet, and the machine moves air directly up, which I like. Great aesthetics as well. It works magically and keeps the air flow in my car. We have a 5 year old at home and are expecting another one in few months. So that was the main reason for getting this purifier. We wanted to keep the air clean wherever we possibly can because of the kid(s). I have no way of measuring the air before and after or what's being filtered but this has given me enough confidence that the air inside the cars will be clean, at least better than if we don't use it. My wife can't stand strong smell of car air fresheners because it triggers her migraines. So we can't use them in any of our cars which causes unpleasant odor inside the cars. This purifier works very efficiently- and does a great job of getting rid of those unpleasant odors. Believe me, it has been a life saver so far. Another nice thing about this is that if it runs out of charge, you can simply plug it in to the USB port if you have one in your car. We live in Arizona and have made multiple trips to California (~5 hours each way) ever since I received this purifier. I took it with me every time and had it run non-stop during entire trip. I would plug it in anytime its battery died. So that's a really helpful feature. I'm not sure if other purifiers in the market have this feature or not.
The air in my cars feels cleaner and fresher than before. I’m so happy with this purchase and highly recommend it, specially looking at its price which makes it very affordable.

At first, I was skeptical about how this little thing could clean the air in an area up to 54 square feet. After trying this product out for the week mainly at my office desk and in my vehicle, I do feel a difference in the air quality. When I left the room and came back it was a noticeable difference for sure. The one thing I really like is that it is a portable fan, and summer is coming. But not only a fan, getting blasted with CLEAN air feels so good. This is a fun little invention, it looks great, quiet, feels great, 3 power modes, and has a HEPA filter to ensure only clean air gets through. I like that it comes with a charging cable and a removable handle, that doubles as a stand. The filter is amazingly simple to change. It is perfect for the long-awaited going back into the office. I do not see many cons to this product other than it says to change the filter about every 6 months, but that is normal with these HEPA filters. They do their best work when clean. I do recommend this product to those who may prefer the added protection against airborne particles or even keeping the pollen at bay. Who does not like a fresh clean breeze during the summer months, or all year?

This mini air purifier is good for your vehicle, small office or traveling, you will not see any difference in a big room. It comes with three fan speed settings ( low/medium/high) easy to use, just charge the device, install the Hepa filter and turn it on, you can also use the removable handle to caring it around or to use it as a stand. When I charge it the first time it took about 4 hours to get it charge and I used it inside my vehicle for 2.5 hours on medium speed and by then it needed to be recharged, so it depends on the fan speed you use it may last longer on low speed. This mini air purifier is pretty light , only weight about 0.58lbs and covers up to 54 sq ft, so I basically only use it inside my vehicle or in my office.

The Pure Enrichment - PureZone Mini 54 Sq. Ft Portable Air Purifier - is quite compact, just taller than a soda can. Even though I have a much larger air purifier in the master bedroom, I figured I try it right on my nightstand since there is still lots of pollen in the air in the Northeast. It seems to have helped, but if you’re a light sleeper, due to its small size, the fan has to work harder, so you can certainly hear it, even at the lowest speed. So this is definitely more suitable for an office setting and not right next to your desk/speaker phone. It’s a neat concept with a rechargeable battery for occasional travel-use, but I for one will have it plugged in most of the time.

This was an interesting product for me to try out.
Setup was a cinch. Unwrap the filter. Put it back in. Plug it in to charge which takes about 4 to 5 hours and you are ready to use. Uses USB C cord. Yes....
3 settings.
3 super turbo speed will last for only 3 to 5 mins.
2 medium setting lasts about 4 hours.
1 low lasts about 10 hours.
3 super loud for a small fan. Can't carry on a telephone conversation.
2 medium noise can carry on telephone conversation sort of. You need to speak up a bit.
1 low can carry on a telephone conversation.
Efficiency is hard to tell. It is a HEPA filter. So using at your desk is definitely yes. Taking it on a bus or a plane or train might be feasible and plausible not sure if your neighbor would appreciate it though.
Based on face value and what it advertises I would recommend this for its intended use.

I work in a large office space and I have frequent visitors.
This little machine is perfect for my desk. Once it’s on it’s not loud. You can little put it anywhere close and it will do it’s job. Charging is east and daily fast. Small enough to hide away when gone. And the filter is easy to access for replacing when the time comes. I think it’s essential for office workers.

A surprisingly effective personal air purifier

It’s always great knowing that the air you breathe is cleaned up at home by your home air filter, but what about the office or when you’re traveling? Pure Enrichment thought about this and whether by happenstance, or an eye for the post-pandemic future, the Purezone Mini wants to give you clean air wherever you are. Acting like a personal air filtration system on the go, helping to clean the air immediately around you.
In the box you’ll find the air purifier, a hepa filter, a detached handle that also acts a stand, a USB C to USB A cord for charging, and the user manual/warranty cards. It’s important to note that the HEPA filter is wrapped in a protective plastic that needs to be removed prior to use. The purifier has a turn style knob on the bottom for easy removal of the filter for cleaning or replacement; which is recommended every 6 months. There is only one button on the front of the unit to turn on one of three fan speeds, LED lights indicating which speed you’re on, with the USB port on the rear with an LED indicator for charging.
Charging the Purezone Mini took about 3 hours for the initial charge, but typically will take up to 4 hours if the battery is completely drained. After charging, the LED on the rear of the unit simply stays a steady red, while a blinking red light indicates charging. The handle is easily popped into place and has a flat spot for easily standing the unit on its side to allow air to flow toward you from the fan. At first glance, it looks like a small Bluetooth speaker (which is how my friends described it) but is whisper quiet when on the lowest fan setting. On the fastest fan speed, the fan sounds like a laptop fan going at full speed and is likely the best setting for only the largest of spaces where you need more air to flow toward you.
After a few days of use, it was obvious to me that this works as intended. I took this on a small road trip and was surprised to smell the new car smell within a few minutes of use. Mind you, I clean the inside of my car, but it generally smells like the protectant I use on my dash. My car freshener was minimized a bit, as the purifier did its work of cleaning out the air in my enclosed vehicle. Plus, in the right light, I could actually see as dust was pulled into the filter; likely captured for eternity in the HEPA filter.
Using this at my desk, on the lowest fan setting, and the battery lasted about 11 to 12 hours before requiring a charge. Setting the Purzone Mini to any of the other two fan speeds, and you’ll notice a much faster drain, with the highest setting giving me about 2-3 hours of use before charging was needed. To charge, you simply need to have the USB C connected into the air purifier and have a standard USB A port on a PC, or a phone charger, to plug into. The manual does state that this isn’t compatible with fast chargers, and while this is true, it will still charge when using one. You just won’t benefit from the faster charging speeds you’d see from a quick charge compatible device.
My impressions overall haven’t changed since my first day of use. This is great device for people going back to the office, traveling, and those who would benefit from cleaner air around them (which is everyone).

Weak and the smell of denim?

This Pure Enrichment portable air purifier is a neat idea, but really is not effective at all. Even in a parked vehicle, less than 54sq ft, closed windows, running from full charge to dead, there is little to no difference in the quality of the air. To even feel the effects of the fan you have to hold it pretty close. Those small battery operated fans you get at outdoor events feel stronger. Even then, it smells more like plastic and denim rather than fresh filtered air. And yes, I removed the plastic from the filter and put it back in place.
The small handle acts as a leg so that you can at least angle it toward you so that it can blow at you. However, the way it is designed it can only work on one side, so that the power button and logo are facing up. This means that you can’t leave it connected to power if you want to have it running for extended time or use it while charging. Sadly, at the way this tiny thing works, I think you would have better results wearing a mask as a filter.

Great peace of mind when traveling. Bring this on planes to help feel safer/healthier during those times when the plane isn’t running filtration. Leave it plugged in at hotel to freshen air where we’re staying. Quiet enough to bring to other indoor events for greater filtration. Obviously it’s small (can fit in car cup holder, so it can’t work miracles- but it’s an easy addition to those who like layered protection from Covid or other airborne illnesses. I heart clean(er) air.

This portable air purifier works very well. With the new working from home procedures, we don't have the air exchangers that we have in our normal offices. This device does a great job of filtering out air impurities while not making a lot of noise.
I noticed a difference with my allergies almost immediately after using this at my desk. It has three speeds and I typically run it at the top speed since I have a larger office and cat that likes to hang out with me while I work.
The rechargeable feature is very handy, as I can move it from from room to room without needing to bring the cord with or needing a nearby power outlet. The battery is rated at 12 hours, but it has been used much longer without need a recharge.
It is a nice looking small unit that is hardly noticeable on my desktop. Small yet powerful enough to do a great job.

I have a bit of an air purifier obsession. I have them in every bedroom at home and the master bedroom. This was even before the pandemic. The Pure Enrichment PureZone Mini is the first portable air purifier I have both found and used and I am impressed.
The PureZone Mi is battery-powered, rechargeable (USB C hooray), and looks smart. In my tests, you can also power it directly via USB C. The PureZone Mini battery is rated at 12 hours on the lowest setting (2.5hours on the highest). Oh, and it also has a neat carry handle that can double as a stand. Smart!
Size-wise, the PureZone Mini is about the size of 1.5 soda cans high. It's also about the diameter of a soda can, so it will fit in a cupholder in the car (although you need to make sure the intake vents are clear). Or you could use it as a personal zone filter e.g. on your desk, aimed at you. Although it's rated as 54sq FT, if you're after something for your home or office proper, look at PureZone's larger unit.
The PureZone Mini has 3 settings. At the lowest setting, it's barely audible. At the highest, it's about the sound of a desk phone and would be inaudible with normal background music or office noise. The fan is not strong, it's not a cooling fan, it's a fan for the filter. To give you a sense, the fan at the highest speed wouldn't shift a piece of paper. That's perfectly normal and OK because an air purifier is not a fan it's to move the air through the unit.
It's easy to change the filter (note it's wrapped in plastic when you get it, so remove before first use). Replacement filters are currently under $10+tax. FYI the filters are HEPA rated.
Seriously, love it. Recommended. It looks stylish, as cool-looking as a portable speaker. In fact, I'd give it 6/5 if it also had a speaker built-in. :-)a

The PureZone Mini Portable Air Purifier does a lot in a compact size. I have asthma, so keeping the area around me clear of nasty contaminants and allergens is extremely important. I only wish I had this sooner. It is portable and rechargeable so with its up to 12 hour charge, I can take it wherever I happen to be. In the car, it very conveniently fits in my cup holder. On the go, it has a handle which also serves as a stand to use it horizontally. It’s charged with a USB-A to USB-C cord (included). It can also be used while charging, so I can leave it plugged into a USB-A slot all night to provide cleaner air while I sleep and then be ready to take it to work in the morning.
This unit has 3 speeds, but I find medium and high are too loud for almost any environment, so it is kept on low for my use. The charge does last quite a long time, though I haven’t timed it, I know it lasts longer on the low speed I use.
The PureZone Mini Portable Air Purifier helps clean the air I breathe and that is so very important for me, as an asthmatic, and for others that want to breathe in pure air and it includes a 5 year warranty! I would highly recommend this air purifier.

This little guy is going to be by my side wherever I go. Lightweight and versatile.
Has three speed settings, all very quiet and packs a punch. Plugged into USB car charger and off I drove as it charged and then it worked with a whisper. It’s definitely the stowaway you want in your vehicle.
Pollen season is at its roaring best and while I keep the car windows closed, the pollen finds its way in, but now it’s gotta fight for the airspace inside the car with this little, but powerful portable purifier.
Be sure to open the bottom by twisting and removing the plastic on the filter and then reinserting the filter.
You can hang it in your tent which I intend to do in our yard tent, and if you want to lay it down sideways, the handle comes with a flat edge so you can rest it sideways.
I’ve been wanting one of these for a while and feel every family member should have their own to take with them on their treks.
Comes with the charging wire but not the wall plug itself.

As long as you curb your expectations, this thing is great.
I have really bad asthma and allergies. Where I live, pollen is a HUGE problem. Air quality in general is not great. Having something small and portable accompanying me is really helpful. The Pure Enrichment PureZone Mini is really what I was looking for. I have the big units running in my house, but nothing beats carrying one that I can use in my car, hotels, and other smaller rooms.
Out of the box, it really is as about the size of a water bottle. I was a bit unsure about its utility given how small it was. The charging port is USB-C which I appreciated. I have a lot of those cables running around my house so I won’t have to worry about lost cables. No brick is included so be aware of that. Operating the purifier is very simple. It’s one button. You press the button once, it starts at the lowest speed. You press it again, it goes to medium. One more, and it goes to high. Press again, it turns off. Very simple operation.
I honestly feel like I don’t get much out of the lowest setting. I don’t know if it moved as much air as I wanted it to. I typically kept it at the max speed. It honestly works for me. I definitely sniffle and cough less with it on. The noise level is definitely audible. It is about what you would expect from a small fan. If you are sensitive to noise, then this is not for you. I think the white noise is great and relaxes me. At max speed, I was getting around 2 hours from the battery. With the lower settings, you obviously will get more. The two hours is disappointing but with the USB-C, you can just carry around an external battery.
All in all, this is a good portable purifier. I think expectations should be reasonable. With a purifier this size, you really should expect it to work on an area about as big as your “personal bubble.” Pure Enrichment is being honest when they say 54 square feet.

Bought this with little faith that it would work but it was worth a try. Simply put this unit has some small issues that make it nearly useless for any application. Dont bother buying it.
First thing I notice about it was the fact that the filter for the unit has no seal. Specifically no rubber or foam padding to seal off the cracks of the filter so that air can pass between that space instead of the filter. On the bottom it only has a little lip to block.
I was testing the unit with a match stick to make smoke and the airflow is so bad that with the match an inch away it does not pull it in. Not to mention the only mode that provides nearly any filtration power is the MAX speed which is noisy but in an annoying pitch, unlike many other purifiers.

I really like this portable air purifier.
It's very convenient to be able to take this on the go.
I can put it in my car and run it to clear the air. The battery lasts a long time and it can even be charged in the car.
It can be taken with me on the road to use in the car, a hotel room, wherever I feel I need it.
There are 3 fan speeds. It's small and quiet.
We have allergies and have room-size air purifiers at home. It's nice to have this portable to take with us to help keep the allergens down when we travel near or far.
The filter is easy to get to for changes when needed.
