    The range was delivered to us in March. We had an appointment for April 27 to have it installed. NO ONE SHOWED UP. When we called to report this and ask for someone to come out, we were told that, so sorry and we know how you must feel, but you will have to wait until July 8. On July 8, again NO ONE SHOWED UP. We called to report this second failure, and we were told that, so sorry and we know how you must feel, but you will have to wait until August 18. We are not optimistic about getting it installed then either. What a way to run a business!!!

    Incomplete Installation

    We paid for delivery and installation. They came said we had to make changes to the gas and electrical placement (the salesman told us that wouldn't be needed) and left without telling us how to go about getting it installed once the work was done. We have called Geek Squad several times to see about getting it done, but are always on hold for about 30 minutes before giving up. I have been without a stove/oven for about 2 months! Just go through an appliance dealer for appliances!

    Item was completely satisfactory, but the overall performance of Best Buy was absolutely unsatisfactory. It took over one month , after numerous problems with delivery and installation for the transaction to be completed. We accepted a tokenism of $150 which no way covered the anxiety and lack of cooking ability we encountered over one month's time. Misinformation about delivery times and times for plumbers to arrive were completely unacceptable. The plumbers performed their tasks very acceptably. Also, your Geek Squad rejected the initial stove delivered to us and ordered a new one to be delivered. Once again, very unsatisfactory transaction.

    I had such a frustrating and bad experience with this installation that I will most likely not buy another major appliance from Best Buy. I had to set up three different install dates over the span of 3-4 weeks. Second install date technician never showed up at the house and sent response back to store that it had been installed.

    Best Buys Hired professional is a JOKE!! He did not install any of my appliances!!! I had to pay my contractor to do it!!! I paid to have it done through Best Buy but it wasn't. It is impossible to try to get anything resolved!! I am throughly disgusted with my experience with BEST BUY!!!

    The range is fine, but it did NOT come with an owners manual! The installation crew did a fantastic job!!

    Installer never showed, never called and Headquarters promised someone would call from the local store. Never happened. Best Buy app won't allow me to reschedule the appointment. Very frustrating.

    Very pleased with oven so far. Only two comments: I’d like a more detailed manual. The “manual” that came with the stove is really an installation guide. Also there’s a slight gap on the three sides of the installed stove which will end up with crumbs/spills. The installers did a wonderful job with the stove and downdraft

    Dan kept me updated on the installation process. He had to do modifications to the existing duct work for the downdraft and it was a challenge, but he completed the installation to my approval. This type of range is not a common range for most kitchens because of the downdraft. It is mostly used in new home construction so that the downdraft could be installed as part of the construction or in full kitchen remodels. I previously had a dual fuel downdraft Jennaire but the specs have changed and modifications were necessary.

    Terrible. Installer didn’t know how to do the install and said he needed to speak with his supervisor. Walked outside to use the phone and then just left without saying anything.

    Still waiting 9 weeks for someone that knows how to install a KitchenAid Duel Fuel Range with a Ductless Downdraft Vent Kit!

    The range was not installed because the cabinets werent in place. The installer gave me his number, but it doesnt work and i get no answer.
