This was a difficult situation. This was not what was expected. Granted dealing with Market Place via Best Buy, is deceiving and makes me question buying through Best Buy via their own website. This game, was shown to be a good price. So it was ordered, as a gift. Game arrived box was in Spanish and it was not wrapped, meaning used. Well it was done by Nation Wide Distributors. Thus not Best Buy, even though through Best Buy. Communication was done via email. What is bad is Best Buy can do nothing, even though it is through their website and makes people believe it is them. In short Nationwide Distributors had me send the game back and they were to send me a new game, they said the warehouse should not have sent me that game. Okay, game was sent back, the “new” game arrived, and again, the game box was in Spanish and the game was a resealed game. It was not a factory sealed game (pictures included). Again, Best Buy cannot help or do anything. Which is bad because it is through Best Buy, and their name and all. A refund was sought and it was provided, and again Nation wide Distributor said it should not have been sent, even though they claim the game is new, and did not request it be sent back. Still cannot give as a gift since it is not new. But the big thing is, be very wary of buying through Best Buy. For the market place is not trustworthy. You have to really read and make sure it is from Best Buy and not some third party. Just worse Best Buy’s name is on it and they allow the third party, but have no power to do. I did talk with customer service about this and they claim to let the higher ups know. But who knows if the higher ups will listen. It is just not comfort to go to a company’s website and buy from an unknown third party and they do not have any power to do anything. Makes buying from Best Buy untrustworthy.
