The functionality and concept are great! The fact that you cannot wear in the sun for an extended period of time is silly. I can’t believe that the glasses over heat.

I have had issues since I purchased these glasses and it has only been one month. It’s a hassle to get a service request because you can actually speak with anyone. Everything is via chat or email. Highly disappointed!

Worked great for 2.5 months then began to glitch touch pad stppped working, and wouldn’t respond to my requests.
We would love to look into these issues for you so we can see if there is anything we can do to get you back up and running on your Wayfarer AI glasses.

I returned these. While I liked them, I thought they were too big for my face.

Standard size is too tight and large size is loose.
Too expensive for the features provided. When I tried to get the prescription glasses from ray ban they were around $700.

I placed an order with joy, and the system arranged the delivery. The courier did not deliver and did not contact me to explain the reason, so he returned the order to the shipper. The system informs that the refund will be received within 10 working days. As of today, it has been more than 15 working days and has not been received yet. I contacted the customer service twice at the weekend, saying that the refund would be made within 72 hours and I was waiting. In addition, I bought it from Ray-Ban's official website again. I received it in three days, and it was still sent from Guangdong, China.

Broke the second day I had them, clearly a manufacturing issue, considering the arm, came out out of the frame and did not snap. I was told it was not covered under warranty.

Glasses already don’t work. The battery on the glasses died and won’t charge in case

Glasses stopped working after 31 days

Bought these exactly 31 days ago and they stopped working but since it was 1 day over best buy’s policy they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Very Very Disappointed. Do not buy these from Best buy get them from Rayban Directly.
