Stylish smart glasses with good photo and video quality. Meta AI works well for voice commands and translations. Battery lasts around 3 hours. Audio is okay but not great for music. Requires Meta account. Some privacy concerns due to small recording light.

It was the best gift for my husband; it has a spectacular camera. He's more than happy.

Nice glasses, although very easily scratches on the frame, the camera quality is good, you can only record up to 3 minute clips, you can only go live on face book or instagram. The battery life is not too good, very disappointed on that. Other than that its a nice thing to have to capture 3 minute long memories lol.

This glass is beyond all the worlds, it’s absolutely incredible. It has a camera on the side of the lens which can capture photos and videos. Unfortunately for videos, it only captures up to 3 minutes but the video quality is insane for a camera in a glass. To take a video or photo, there is a little button right on top of the side that lets you do many things. Even on the side of lens has feature for video controls like “play, pause, and volume.” One of the most easiest glasses to use, it literally runs you through a whole tutorial without paper. Comes with the classical raybean case and it charges, doesn’t come with a charging cable though. Packaging is also slightly annoying to get out a couple things but not too bad. It also has the meta ai features which is super amazing to what it can do for you for simple things, you’ll find out if you buy. Only annoying thing about this product for people with side hair like me, the speakers that has great quality for sound and is great at discerning the sound from other people is that the way they were made and exposed, your hair will 100% get stuck and pulled in by the holes. It also shines a light when you record so no recording without seeing it, weirdos.

Absolutely love my glasses! They are amazing! The AI is great, camera is great, range is good, and not flimsy or easily broken. I use them for phone calls, pics, vids, translation, identification of plants, and to resolve any disagreements with the wife on something AI can answer and settle.

I have a love hate relationship with these glasses. I love how the glasses work and look but hate the battery life on them. Not sure if it’s worth spending the amount of money they are.

I can not believe how great of a picture and video we get from the glasses. My kids rodeo and they have taken some pretty cool videos!! This was worth the investment!

I bought these as a birthday gift for myself and I love them. For a pair of glasses the picture quality is pretty good. I wear them to the gym and the battery lasts through my whole 2hr workout with more to spare. I love the fact that when I am running they do not fall off my face and the sould of the music to perfect. Calls are very clear. I wish there was a feature like “find my” because losing a pair of expensive glasses like these or having them stolen and no way to find them would suck. Over all. I like them and use them every day.

There are so many thing that I’m still learning about these glasses. Between how to make video with them and also finding out they can also translate.. love these great purchase. They fit well and the quality of pics are great.

Cool looking, comfortable to wear and camera is surprisingly good. There's a lot of fun things you can do with the app - they're introducing new stuff all the time like language and translation and AI.

I was surprise by the meta glasses. They are comfterble, really stylish and very nice to wear. The transition option makes them even more appealing. Having the inbone conductive hearing makes them a god send for people with mild hearing loss. Overall a great buy the AI features really make life easier and simpler .

Glasses are comfy and they work really well, the battery life can be drained if you use them with music but if you don’t, they last for hours and the it only takes 30 minutes to fully charge from 40 to 100%. I love them, plus the sound quality is really good, best purchase I made in a while

I have always been a Ray Ban fan! Wayfarers are my favorite. I also have the Stories version. I think the Meta version is intended to supersede the Stories version as they are very similar. As I have both versions, I will comment on some of the differences between the two. I did not receive this in retail packaging. So, I have no comments on the packaging. You receive the case, glasses, a cloth and some paperwork. The case charges via USB-C. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A USB-C CORD or CHARGER. I was really surprised by this. The set up was really easy as I already had the Meta app. I added a new device and the process first failed. You need to press the button on the back of the case to put the Meta glasses into pairing mode. Once this was done, I could easily add the glasses to the Meta app. So I now had the Stories and Meta glasses available in the Meta app. Using the Meta glasses is straight forward. You turn them on with the slider on the inside of the frame. One click takes a picture (On the Stories one click takes a video). A double click takes a video (On the Stories this takes a picture). I always hated how the one click took a video instead of a picture on the Stories. I took many 1 second videos ARGH! Please look at the picture taken from each version of glasses. Audio works the same. You use the right frame to slide your finger and adjust the volume. The sound is fine but it is open air listening. It is OK but not as good as using ear buds. Your sound will be impacted by a noisy environment. I find the fit to be a little narrow on the Meta. My Stories are fine for fitment. The Meta version is narrower. I do not have a super large head as far as I know. For me, the fit of the Stories is better. The case of the Meta version is nicer than the Stories. It looks and feels like leather. I do not think it is leather though. The charging is from near the bridge of the nose area. It does fit snug in the case. The case is slightly smaller. I did switch the Meta glasses to a different phone for testing. You need to remove the glasses from the Meta app on the old phone. You need to factory reset the Meta glasses. Initiate pairing for the Meta glasses and then pair them to the different phone. You cannot use the glasses on two different phones (aka Facebook accounts). Summary – The Ray Ban Wayfarer Meta are great smart glasses! I rate them 4 out of 5 stars. I deduct a star as there is no USB-C charging cable provided. For a smaller head I would pick the Meta version. For a larger head I would pick the Stories version. You should try them on before you buy one.

Giving it a 4 star for only a few reasons. They are a bit difficult to pair and connect to your phone. They feel large and a bit tight on the sides. Other than those they work great and have great audio and video. I used them a few times for shows and was able to answer calls and use the video function while so friends could see what they were missing.

I recently bought the Ray-Ban Meta glasses from Best Buy, and I’m really impressed. They look just like a regular pair of Ray-Bans, but the added smart features make them so much more fun and useful. Setup was quick and easy, and the battery easily lasts me through a day of casual use. If you want stylish sunglasses with smart functionality, this is a perfect blend of fashion and tech. I’m really happy with my purchase!

I’ve been genuinely impressed with my Meta glasses. The design is sleek and comfortable enough to wear all day without feeling bulky or awkward. They look like regular glasses, which I really appreciate, but they’re packed with smart features that actually feel useful.

I’ve been using the Meta Smart Glasses with Transitions, and overall, they’ve delivered a surprisingly smooth and innovative experience. First off, the Transitions lenses are excellent. The shift from light to dark happens quickly and naturally, making them perfect for wearing indoors and outdoors without constantly swapping glasses. That feature alone makes them a standout for everyday wear. On the audio side, I’m impressed—the sound is clear and surprisingly private. Even with music playing, those around me can’t hear a thing, which is a major win. It’s also nice not having to wear buds all day. These glasses deliver audio cleanly while leaving my ears free. As for the AI features, they’re informative and useful. I’m not deep into all the capabilities just yet, but the basics work well, and the potential is clear. The only real drawback? The small light that turns on when taking photos or videos. I get the privacy intention, but it’s distracting and makes the process feel less discreet than it should. Setup was a bit clunky, especially getting everything aligned with Meta’s ecosystem. But once you’re through the initial pairing and permissions maze, day-to-day use is smooth and mostly frictionless. In short: great design, smart features, and a seamless lens experience. With some UI refinements and the ability to disable that recording light, this would be a category leader.
