I am very disappointed presently because the volume is horrible on the glasses and no one can hear me clearly on phone calls, everyone says I sound so muffled, I literally have to call them back with another bluetooth device or put my call on speaker on my phone. This defeats the whole purpose of not having to use glasses and a separate bluetooth device. These glasses are too expensive for this lack of quality.
Thank you enough for taking the time to leave us a review for your new Meta Ray-Bans, we understand that you've had a frustrating experience, but your feedback is incredibly helpful, and we appreciate it a lot.
We're glad to have you as part of the Metaverse, and we hope you enjoy the other innovative features we have as part of our glasses.

Camera quality is not very great and there is also a huge lag while live streaming in facebook or Instagram. Also, whenever, you start live recording, the flash light switches on throughout the live stream, which is very disturbing for others. Overall, a decent product which needs a lot of optimization. But good try though!

I had high hopes for the Meta AI Ray-Ban sunglasses, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite frustrating. The software is very buggy and crashes frequently, making it hard to rely on the device. One of the biggest annoyances is the voice dictation feature—it doesn’t stop when I want it to, causing constant interruptions and confusion. Overall, the device feels unfinished and needs a lot of improvement before it can be considered user-friendly or dependable.
Thank you for your review and feedback. We understand that your experience with the glasses hasn't been ideal so far. We'd love the opportunity to speak with you and explore how we can improve your experience. Please feel free to contact our Support Team via our website.

Im sure these would be great if they work. They've disconnected during calls, meta AI doesn't work all the time and the sound isn't always loud. Ive has to reset these glasses 4 times so far and haven't even had them a month yet.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! This is definitely not the experience we would like you to have, and we would love to look into this for you.
We encourage you to reach out to our brilliant support team via our website, or our community forums, who will be able to assist you further!
We hope to hear from you soon.

Stopped working after 6 months. The worst part was that I wanted the same ones because I had gotten the prescription lenses, and then they tell me that they don’t have them anymore, and another worst part was that I paid extra for the protection

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good until the arm just separates from normal usage and you send it for warranty and they tell you it's not covered and it should be as it is within the time frame, then they try to sell you another pair and you have spent hundreds of dollars additional for prescription transitions lens. I was an advocate for the device showing all my friends and colleagues but not anymore, these are more than sunglasses and the company treats them as just some sun glasses. Not cool.
