I purchased these Ray-Ban glasses from Best Buy just a couple of months ago and wore them only a few times. Unfortunately, the temple arm came loose from the main frame hinge (photo attached). For such a premium brand, I expected much better quality and durability.
The warranty process also turned out to be very slow, with Ray-Ban informing me it could take at least 25–30 days for a replacement. That’s a long time to wait when the product has only been used lightly.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the durability and the support timeline. Customers paying a premium deserve both reliable quality and a quicker resolution. While this is clearly a Ray-Ban issue, it would have been much easier if Best Buy allowed warranty claims or exchanges directly in-store for products purchased through them. That would make the whole experience much smoother for customers.

These glasses have been a game changer for my business doing facebook and instagram lives, people can easily see what I am doing without me moving the phone to every angle as before.

I purchased the Ray-Ban Meta and unfortunately received it with a defect on the left temple. While Best Buy allows returns within 15 days, I was outside the U.S. at the time and couldn’t send it back in time. When I contacted Best Buy support, I was informed that returns are only accepted within the U.S. or in person at a store, which made it impossible for me to resolve the issue.
To make things worse, the Ray-Ban Meta is not yet available in Brazil, which means Meta and Ray-Ban do not offer technical support or warranty coverage here. As a result, I was left with a defective product and no official solution.
The device itself may have potential, but customers outside the U.S. should be aware that support and warranty options are extremely limited.

It looks good i guess but came late. I haven’t opened it yet so don’t really know if it works well or not and haven’t seen the physical appearance yet.
