I own the Ray-Ban Stories and have been pretty happy with them. Naturally, I was excited to see how the Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses would improve upon the previous generation of smart sunglasses. Set up was easy since all I had to do was follow the app’s directions. After a quick update, I was ready to give these sunglasses a trial run. I was pleasantly surprised that the sunglasses connected to my phone within seconds after taking them out of the case. Sound/music I noticed the Ray-Ban Meta really improved upon the quality of the speakers. They were quite a bit louder, with the sound crisper and clearer than the previous version. These can control Spotify, but have limited functions with other third party music apps. I was able to play, pause, fastforward, and rewind, but was not able to request a specific song from Apple Music. Calls The calls sounded great and I could hear the caller very well. The caller stated that I sounded very clear and natural. I tried to imitate the sound of wind to see how the call performed in a windy environment, but either the glasses did really well or I did not generate enough noise! Pictures/Videos The Ray-Ban Meta version has made some great improvements on photo quality. The images are clear and seem to be zoomed in more than the previous version's pictures. In addition, videos also looked and sounded great. Pros Natural/true pictures Videos are clear with good audio Connects to phone within seconds Accurate voice control – great at messaging and voice calls Great music/listening experience I couldn't think of any cons! If you are looking for a great pair of smart sunglasses, then I would recommend the Ray-Ban Meta. I thought the previous version was pretty good, but I think these are great.

Thanks to these glasses, I’ve been able to capture POV videos of my one-year-old daughter toddling around outdoor parks, indoor playgrounds, church sanctuaries and more. And how great to record precious moments that would pass before i’m able to whip out my phone camera! Not to mention, i can take mirror selfies with no visible camera! The (portrait/vertical-only) 1080p media can be cropped and even upscaled using various apps later. Smaller files (3:00 min max) make for fast file transfers. Recording drains the battery more quickly, but at this price, i just got two. I can switch glasses (both with transistion lenses) when one needs to recharge (in the handsome case). I hope my wife and family will re-watch these clips for years to come. Priceless.

I have been a tech nerd for bluetooth sunglasses for a few months now. I bought some online from Amazon and was very pleased. When I saw these I geeked out and bought them. I then had prescription lenses put in them. I am very happy with them. Below are a few notes: Sound - has been the best of all the bluetooth glasses brands I have bought, great sound (obviously not for loud venues). Fit - I got the large size and probably should have gotten the smaller one. These are a bit heavy so the larger size makes them slide down a bit but it's manageable. Picture taking - is great looks good clear images The app is good, you can coordinate it to your iPhone so you can make calls or send texts saying 'hey Meta' Battery life - the only reason it does not get 5 stars. it's convenient to charge them in the case, but my biggest issue with these is the minimal battery life. it really only does last 4 hours. I've tried to manually turn them off when not using them but it sucks to have to remember to do this all the time. I would sit at work listening to music with these only to have them remind me of low battery after a few hours. Overall - fantastic glasses but hopefully later iterations will have better battery life.

I have really enjoyed these glasses, the clarity, vision, video and sound is awesome, the translation is even on point. The few things i dislike about the glasses are, they do not stay charged for a very long time, i give or take just a few hours before you have to place back into the case for charging, so i still have to carry around my ear buds for back up, something i was really hoping to get away from bc ive gotten the elastic piece stuck in my ear before. Back to the charging, although they dont last long as far as charging once you place them back into the case they charge really fast, like 1-2% a min. The video recording doesn't seem to last more than 3 mins before you have to start a new video. I like the video feature bc these days you never know what may surprise you in which you could benefit from having certain situations videoed, 3 mins is quite short. Overall its a great buy for what its capable of doing but im sure in the near future somethings may change.

I bought these sunglasses for my man’s birthday, and he absolutely loves them! The style is sleek, comfortable, and looks great with everything he wears whether he’s on the road or out for the day. I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta glasses for a bit now, and I have to say — they’re one of those gadgets that actually make you feel like you’re living in the future. These Meta glasses are amazing! They were ready to use straight out of the box, which was stunning. I used them on a church retreat and got amazing video, photos, and sound. I highly recommend.

While a fun and stylish device, MetaAI, by it's own admission, is not designed to compete with GROK AI. Meta admits it has a limited operating profile. Your phone is certainly the go-to device for complicated information. However, Meta does take good photos and video. (Just make sure you're not wearing a hat as the brim will appear at the top of the picture. The sound from the glasses is better than many low priced ear buds. But it only has about a 2 1/2 hour battery life when streaming music, podcasts, etc. Overall, this currently an entertainment device, not a dynamic electronic information provider. So the price point appears to be reasonable for the investment.

The glasses are very much an everyday thing for me. I wake up and I talk to meta. Much smarter than the original siri or alexa. The audio is superb I take calls on them all day. They slide down my nose because of how heavy they are. Also I look a little dorky with them on. The picture and video quality is astonishingly good. I wish the lens were bigger because sometimes the frame blocks out some of my vision.

The design is exceptional, although I find it somewhat unsettling that the all-hands-free functionality allows others to perceive users taking pictures or videos. I’ve been using the Meta smart glasses for a while now, and overall, they’re really impressive. The design looks almost like regular sunglasses, which makes them much more stylish and wearable than most “techy” smart glasses. The audio is surprisingly good for open-ear speakers—music and podcasts sound clear without blocking out the environment, which is great for walking around or biking.

The item is good overall. It works well for what I needed. Simple to use and feels decent for the price. I’m happy with the purchase.

Bought these for my husband's birthday. He loves them! I'm a bit jealous and would like a pair now. Very easy to set up, comfortable and affordable. Picture quality is great. I love that you can listen to music and no one around you can hear it. If you tech person in your life- this is a great buy. I will be purchasing the same pair of glasses for my brother for Christimas!

Super simple to use and super convenient. I use it for daily clips, drumming, running, and even flag football. Highly recommend!

had these for over a year, still work great. surprisingly great sound quality and pictures are equivalent to what I get on my iPhone 15 pro max. very good quality for the price!

Highly recommend. Easy to use and had my prescription put on. No more headphones for music.
