The ability to capture photos and videos hands-free from my exact point of view is revolutionary—I no longer miss a moment fumbling for my phone. The camera quality is surprisingly sharp, and the video stabilization is excellent. The integrated Meta AI features have been incredibly useful, providing real-time information discreetly through the audio. The sound quality from the open-ear speakers is impressive for listening to music or taking calls, allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings. They are comfortable, look fantastic, and the utility of the integrated AI has genuinely made my day-to-day life more convenient. Everyday Tech That Feels Natural

They look like regular glasses but let you listen to music, take calls, capture photos, and even get information hands-free. The sound is surprisingly clear without needing earbuds, and the built-in assistant makes quick tasks easy. Battery life isn’t amazing, but good enough for daily use. What I like most is how natural they feel—you can wear them all day without drawing much attention, and they make small things in life a lot more convenient.

The ability to losten to music without headphones or ear buds is great. You can still hear the outside world while walking around. If you travel or have kids, the abiity tomtake videos and take pictures is great. No more having to take out your phone. Either push the button on your glasses or tell meta to do it. I love that i can take videos while playing with my child or riding our bikes. Its really cool while on vacation. I used it while taking the river walk cruise and didnt have to take my phone out. I have the normal sunglasses i i usually don’t wear them inside so im pretty sure getting the transition glasses or the polarized lenses will be even better.
