In the box, you do get a USBC to A cable and wireless receiver, which is nice. My first impressions of the feel are good, solid built, and clicks are nice (and not too loud).
You can utilize this mouse in wired mode (with the included wire), wirelessly with the dongle, or wirelessly with Bluetooth. I tested all three and had zero issues with them. There is onboard memory where you can store up to 5 profiles if you so choose. I normally stick to one but know many of my friend that utilize more than one and this feature would benefit them quite a bit. These profiles can also store your RGB configurations as well, which is a solid option in my option. As always, you can use Synapse to customize your RGB coloring, and there are TONS of different options within this software. You will find one (or more) that suit you.
In my testing of the mouse, it glides flawlessly across my mouse pad, and I have no issues with shoulder pain after long gaming sessions. I know there were complaints about the 2.4gz connection, but in my playthroughs, I had zero issues with connectivity.
Overall, I have had a blast using this mouse from Razer. You cannot beat the level of customization Razer offers with Synapse and the 5 onboard profiles makes this mouse just that much better. This is a definite must for gamers.

This is my favorite gaming mouse to date. I love good mouse that has quick responses (super low latency) Easily programable buttons for different profiles. Depending of who's using it or just which games you're playing at the time. Programming with Razer's HUB is a breeze and not to mention, it looks great with my Huntsman Mini. It can be used wired and/or wirelessly using the dongle as a medium if and when you need to get that charge and keep the games going. Or just getting your spread sheets taken care of. Not to mention, it looks really nice when you pull it out at a coffee shop or at your friend's place. It's much more responsive than my last mouse and I didn't even think that would be possible, while also being larger and deceptively lighter. I really does feel great in the palm while playing D&D Dark Alliance and very quick whn playing Scarlet Nexus. I forgot to stop playing one night. Glad I was off work the next day. And finally, those RGB lights always make me swoon. I think this is woderful gaming mouse for you or that PC gamer in your life. I've got a few games coming that I can't wait use this on. So yes. I recommend this to all gamers. Even if you don't have any Other Razer gear., but it does look great with gear that's in the family.

Just picked up the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, and I’ve gotta say this thing feels like a tank in the best way possible. The sensor is insanely precise, clicks feel super responsive, and the wireless connection is rock solid. The ergonomic shape with the thumb rest is perfect for long sessions, really comfortable, and the textured grips keep it steady.
The HyperScroll Tilt Wheel is honestly one of my favorite features. You can switch between tactile and free-spin modes, or just let it change automatically based on how fast you scroll. Plus, you can tilt the wheel left and right for extra keybinds, which is great for gaming or even productivity stuff.
Battery life has been solid so far, and being able to go wired, Bluetooth, or 2.4 GHz wireless is super convenient. The RGB lighting looks amazing too, especially with the underglow. Synapse makes it easy to customize everything.
If there’s anything to nitpick, it’s that this mouse is on the heavier side, so it’s not for people who want that ultralight FPS feel. It’s also pretty pricey, and some of the cooler extras cost extra.

Using this gaming mouse on 16" gaming laptop wi-fi 6e 10/100/1000/2500 mbs capable download speed 1200mbs.This mouse is by far the most comfortable grip for my adult hands and my teenage grandkids love it. Not to heavy not to light just right. It has a larger scrolling wheel than most which makes easier contact and use well thought out design. The quick DPI change button is a plus. Very quick game response. RGB lighting very customizable. This a high end gaming mouse well worth it and my favorite and I have many gaming mice this is by far the best. I use it on wi-fi and it also can be used just blue tooth with the flip of the bottom switch. The quick change profile button also on bottom of mouse very useful. Great resolution. The grandkids got 5 hours constant game play before charge needed usb full charge took about 30 minutes. Also mouse has bottom compartment to store receiver if you don't want to use it and go to blue tooth I prefer wi- fi. The larger scroll wheel also helps prevent unintended double clicks. The desktop app very handy and user friendly. Just get it you won't regret it

It was time for me to replace my Logitech G604 and though I loved that mouse, I could not find a comparable one from the same brand, so after doing research I found that the Razer Basilisk v3 Pro is the closest one with some of the same features I want that were on the G604 plus added features! This is a great mouse for both productivity and gaming. The fact that I no longer need to replace the batteries like my previous one is a big plus. I haven't used it long enough to test out how long I could use the Basilisk on a single charge until I have to recharge it, but I'm sure it'll be a while. The RGB lighting is awesome too and nice that it's customizable. It carries a hefty price tag, but this will be the only mouse you'll need.

I really, REALLY love this mouse.
It's both comfortable and versatile.
The mouse offers numerous connection options: 2.4ghz, Bluetooth, and wired.
I haven't noticed any lag when using the mouse wirelessly. The mouse's cord is braided and quite nice. The mouse has a small, circular hatch on the bottom for storing the 2.4ghz dongle when it's not in use.
The Razer software offers quite a few options for LED light effects and button customization. I found it to be quite intuitive, but it's a little annoying that you have to log into your Razer account when using it.
The mouse is rechargeable, so you never have to worry about swapping out batteries.
The mouse is very comfortable in the hand, but it's obviously designed for right-handed use. Left-handed gamers probably won't appreciate this mouse as much. The side buttons are a good size and are very easy to reach. The scroll wheel is smooth with just the right amount of resistance.
Gaming with this mouse is an absolute joy.
I strongly recommend this mouse for any gamer.

To be honest, I was a bit nervous about this mouse due to the other reviewers' comments, but luckily, I haven't experienced any problems yet (fingers crossed).
I left the mouse to charge overnight and started playing my game the next morning. I immediately noticed how smoothly it glides on my desk - don't even need a mousepad.
I really like its ergonomic design and allows me to play for hours without any discomfort. I also appreciate the grip on the right side, so the mouse doesn't slip away from my hand.
I wish it had slightly higher profile, so it could provide even more comfort. Also, the overall shape is a bit too slim and the thumb rest is definitely smaller compared to my previous gaming mouse.
The scrolling is fast and the response to the buttons are fast, so you don't experience any delays, which is critical.
The rolling lighting effects are VERY cool. I leave the mouse on at night, so I can use it as a nightlight - super handy!
I think the logo is a snake but not really sure - it looks fine but don't know what to do with the enclosed sticker. I probably end up tossing it, which is wasteful.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my new Razer Basilisk V3 Pro gaming mouse. Due to its slim design and high-end price, I'm giving it four stars.

Personaly the best mouse I have ever. I truely love how I'm able to have different profiles set on it for different activities as i go about my day. Highly recommend this mouse to anyone, either they are a gamer, or someone who works from home.

Ignoring the RGB, this mouse honestly feels like a better G502. The infinite scroll automatically activates giving it an edge over the G502, and the side scroll action is incredibly smooth and responsive unlike the G502 which takes a second to get going.
If you like RGB, then this is also much more impressive than the G502 RGB offering.

I bought this mouse for my nieces since their apple mouse was too slow. I had a simular Razor mouse in the past. They didn’t believe that it would be faster. When they received it and used it they had to slow it down. It migt be a little too fast for them but they liked that it was adjustable.

The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro has quickly become my favorite mouse of all time. Its ergonomics are outstanding—comfortably shaped in a way that reminds me of Logitech’s MX Master series, but with the performance edge of a true gaming mouse.
The shape and grip feel natural, making it perfect for long sessions whether you’re working or gaming. While it echoes the premium feel of the MX Master, it takes things further with its high polling rate and precision, which sets it apart as a top-tier gaming option. Simply put: if you enjoy the MX Master’s design, you’ll love the Basilisk V3 Pro.
One standout feature is its “smart” scroll wheel, which, like Logitech’s, offers adaptive free-scrolling. Personally, I’ve chosen to disable it since it feels overly sensitive, and the software currently doesn’t allow sensitivity adjustments. Instead, I prefer using the manual toggle, which works reliably and gives me more control.
Overall, the Basilisk V3 Pro strikes an excellent balance between comfort, versatility, and high-performance features. It’s a perfect choice if you want the ergonomics of a productivity mouse with the speed and responsiveness of a gaming powerhouse.

I've been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro for a while now, and it's an absolutely fantastic mouse that excels at both gaming and daily productivity tasks. The performance is top-notch, with a responsive sensor and comfortable ergonomics that make it a joy to use for hours on end.
The standout feature for me is the HyperScroll Tilt Wheel. It's incredibly versatile, allowing for precise scrolling in tactical mode and lightning-fast free-spinning when I need to fly through long documents or web pages. It has genuinely improved my workflow.
My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the wireless charging puck is not included in the box. For a premium mouse at this price point, it feels like an oversight to have to purchase such an essential accessory separately.
Despite that, I can't recommend the Basilisk V3 Pro enough. If you're looking for a high-performance, comfortable, and feature-rich mouse for both work and play, this is it. Just be prepared to buy the charging puck separately if you want the full wireless experience.

It has a great ergonomic feel, lightweight, nice mouse.... just very unreliable. Two or three days after setting up the mouse, the scroll wheel failed. While it originally had a light ratcheting action, with just enough friction, it began spinning freely, sending the PC cursor unpredictably across the screen.
Razer's tech support people were readily available via chat. They quickly determined I had a hardware failure. From there, you have two choices:
1) Return the mouse to them and wait for a new one to be sent.
2) Pay in advance for a new one, then return the old, broken mouse for a full credit.
I took option 2. I received the new, replacement mouse in just a few days and returned the broken one. Then, the new mouse broke. In exactly the same way: the scroll wheel stop ratcheting and began to spin freely. That happened today. I've contacted support, but this time they don't seem so eager to talk. No reply yet.
I will not buy another one of these.

Been a great mouse for me. Had one for a couple years, it worked the whole time to the point the rubber started to on the side. Liked it enough that when I got a new mouse I got the same newer one. Still have the old for a back up

I really appreciate this mouse for its versatility. It offers numerous options to create macro buttons, making it highly efficient for daily tasks at work. With this mouse, I easily perform actions like copy and paste, screen capture, and other customizable functions with a single click. The multiple buttons on this mouse provide excellent flexibility and adaptability.

This is my third basilisk mouse. I have had the travel version, the previous version and now this version. This is by far the best mouse I have ever had. Feels great in my hand. All of the buttons are very responsive and it has great precision and click feel. The only knock I have on these is the lack of scroll wheel resistance like the previous version. Other than that… and upgrade in every way

The battery life is amazing. i charge it maybe once a week. and not for very long and it just. lasts. even when i forget to turn it off.
the ergonomics is fantastic. I have small hands and normally have trouble finding mice that are as fitting as this. although my only complaint as i cant reach the DPI "accuracy" button. but again. i got tiny mouse hands that aren't great for most mice...
it is incredibly light Imo. yes there are definitely lighter mice. but you don't need a 2oz/60 gram mouse. this mouse is basically double that at 112 grams or about 4oz.
it is of fairly good quality. id say it feels sturdy enough for the weight. and as long as your not beating it with a hammer or throwing it full force it will be fine. i have had my moments of weakness and slammed my mouse into my desk. and it was perfectly fine.
ive had the mouse around 6 months. the tracks are still clean. alittle scratched but look fine. they still glide smooth they have no visible wear.
all in all. good mouse. good price.
