Solid mouse, but the rechargeable version is best

This is a solid mouse in terms of comfort, tracking, and overall performance. It worked well for both everyday use and gaming, and I never had any issues with accuracy or responsiveness. For what it’s designed to do, it performs exactly as expected. The main drawback for me is that this version uses AA batteries instead of being rechargeable. It goes through batteries quicker than I’d like, and over time that just isn’t practical compared to the rechargeable options. Razer offers a rechargeable version of this same mouse, and in my opinion that version makes more sense for long-term use. If you don’t mind swapping batteries, this mouse will still serve you well. However, if you’re deciding between versions, I’d recommend going with the rechargeable model instead for convenience and better long-term value.

I really like a good mouse. My current favorite, the Logitech G604 was starting to go and they don't make it anymore so I was looking for a new mouse. I tried the Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed Optical mouse because it looked similar. It may look similar, but it feels different in my hand. . .definitely not as nice. It feels too short in the vertical sense (table to palm) and the angle/curve doesn't fit my hand that well. The buttons click nicely, the sensor tracks well, the the different sensitivity settings work. I've accidentally clicked the side button closest to the battery compartment many times. I don't love it's placement or feel. The included dongle works fine. I haven't tried bluetooth. The one complaint that I have that is not subjective is that there is a sharp corner of plastic at the back left of the battery compartment where the base of my thumb meets my palm. I brushed up against it a few times and didn't appreciate it. At the price I paid, $70, I do not think this mouse is worth it.

Even though I've used a lot of wireless mice over the years, the Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed is exceptional. I could feel the quality as soon as I opened the box; the ergonomic layout fits my hand perfectly, and the textured grips provide incredible control, especially when playing for extended periods of time. It performs very well in terms of speed and accuracy. No lag in input. No dropouts. Just fluid, accurate control whether I'm editing a video or playing Valorant. How long does a battery last? Crazy. It's still going strong after weeks of daily use. Additionally, you can alternate between HyperSpeed and Bluetooth based on your requirements. It feels high-end, works flawlessly, and is reasonably priced. Quick and precise, Extended battery life, complete customization, and extreme comfort No lag, no wires

I have been using this mouse for over a year now. I have loved the way it has held up so far. I have larger hands and this mouse fits them well. The buttons have held up well to almost daily use. The battery lasts a pretty long time but you will want to have a spare laying around about once every 3 months or so depending on how much you use it. It was plug and play and did not require a lot of additional programs to get it working. 10/10 would purchase again if this one breaks down

love this mouse, I love all razor products, I love how I can pair a keyboard and mouse in one dongle. I have this one paired with black widow keyboard and they both work great. very sleek product and you can tell the build quality is excellent. I use to only go logerick or Corsair but ever since I changed to razer I can't go back. I got the rgb Goliath matt, this mouse with black widow keyboard and I also got the joro keyboard paired with basilisk mobile mouse and being those items with me everywhere I go. it so light and small but feels like I'm using I full key oard and mouse. s erytine I busy it out, I always get compliments asking me what kind of mouse and keyboard is that. the software synapse is also amazing and easy to use to configure your accessories and setup rgb. highly recommend this and all their products

On the heavier side but very comfortable. RGB is decent and the software is great. It’s very accurate and the clicks are very satisfying. The only con I would have to knock it for is that it takes AA batteries.

I've had this mouse for four months, and it's the best that I've used. It's a bit weightier than other brands (like Logitech), but I've noticed that it has better durability. It's also larger and a lot more durable. To me, its size was a huge plus, as my past mice felt too small in my hand. The rest/groove on the left side of the mouse is also a comfortable place to rest my thumb. The only reason that I'm giving it a four star is that it does need AA batteries. In the beginning it felt like a battery guzzler, however now it seems to take longer to drain. If anything, I'd love to give it a 4.5/5. I can see myself keeping it for a long time, and if for any reason I do need a replacement, I'll likely get this or its successor.

    Razer - Basilisk V3 X Wireless Mouse

Very Smooth and Easy to set up, the weight is perfect and the option for DPI settings are great too, it does take double AA batteries but has very good life with just one single battery. I believe I switch it out about once a month with constant every day use for work and gaming.

The Basilisk V3 X suits my grip just about perfectly. It's extremely comfortable to use for both productivity and gaming. It glides smoothly, range is great, and it doesn't interfere with my other wireless peripherals, which is a rare feat. The RGB scroll wheel adds some visual flair without going overboard. I use the mouse for roughly 10-15 hours per week, and after six weeks with the lighting on, the original battery is still going strong. The main downside to this mouse is that you need to install Razer's Synapse control software to do anything other than very basic configuration such as changing the DPI. It's also definitely on the heavy side even without the battery installed so esports players will definitely want to look elsewhere.

This mouse is an absolute game-changer for anyone serious about gaming or productivity. The ergonomic design ensures long-lasting comfort, even during marathon gaming sessions, and the precision of the sensor is simply unmatched. Every movement feels smooth and accurate, making it perfect for both FPS games and detailed design work. The customizable buttons and RGB lighting add a personal touch, and the build quality is rock solid. It connects seamlessly and has a reliable battery life, which means less downtime and more productivity. This is easily the best mouse I’ve ever owned, and it has significantly improved my overall experience. Highly recommend!

An overall comfortable, responsive, and durable mouse. I love being able to change the mouse sensitivity on the fly, and the razer software allows for easy customization. The only reason I left a star off is the position of one of the thumb buttons. It's a little bit of a reach for me, personally. That said, after using it for a while, I have become mostly used to its position. I just map my least-used mouse input to that button.
