The software is a little wonky and one of the side mouse buttons broke and stopped working about 7months in so take that as you may. In terms of being a mouse it does the job just fine but id rather get a mouse with more buttons

Amazing mouse for the price (when on sale). Super comfortable and feels quality. Only thing I'd say is if you were paying full price I'd rather have the Logitech G604 for just a little bit more (or even the same price). But if you can get it on sale, absolutely.

If you like Logitech 502 but hate with dangling cable and wish it wireless but don’t want to pay premium price $100 more ...this the mouse that u looking for. I have both of them for comparison ..they felt almost same. Iam occasional Gamer, I played mostly FPS games, when in the game I don’t feel any lag even being wireless. This good bang for ur bucks. Try it guys

For this price, I think this is one of the best options you can get for gaming. I’ve seen lots of reviews where they point a clicking noise, but mine works perfect after a few months

So I was in need of a mouse, because, ironically enough an actual mouse chewed the cable of my Corsair mouse. You know, older home, winter in the midwest, field mice sneak in sometimes. Suffice to say, I needed a wireless option this time. I did a bunch of research on mouse options around the $50 price point. I stumbled onto this one, I enjoy Razer products for the most part and this mouse got pretty good reviews overall. Plus, I was able to pick it up same day at my local store... Setup is easy, plug and play if you're gonna use the 2.4 ghz function, a bit more to it if you're using Bluetooth, but not much more difficult. The Basilisk feels great in the hand, much better than my former Corsair mouse, I'm a graphic designer, so I needed something with at least a little ergonomic comfort when I'm not gaming, and I don't wanna have to buy a separate mouse for work. Despite the lack of RGB, the mouse is pretty customizable with multiple DPI profiles, key remapping and the like. Just remember to install Razer Synapse. The only issue I've had is that it has lost signal when connected in 2.4 ghz mode a few times. Now, I don't know if that's because something is interfering with the signal or if there's a problem with my particular mouse, but it's like the mouse goes into sleep mode and can't wake up. I've checked to verify latest drivers and the issue has remained, so hopefully Razer addresses the issue soon, because I can't be the only one. Overall, I love this mouse and think the Basilisk X is great for gaming and productivity alike.

This mouse is underrated. Given that it doesn’t have the rechargeable capability of higher end mice, it’s still a good quality wireless mouse. It also does not light up at all, I think it can benefit from some kind of light for use in darker set ups. The razer app is a little bit of a downside, but great mouse overall Overall performance wise, it’s a 5/5

Used to buy only Logitech mouse until I bought the Razer Basilisk V2. IMO, the V2 is better than any Logitech mice I own, be it G502, G402, G102 and dozen others. I like the shape, click, button placement and the best of all, no need to have the software always loaded to re-map basic button function. Also, the remapping can be store in mouse memory, NOT just on computer. Thus when I shopping for a wireless mouse, the X was my first choice. Beside the abovementioned, the X also allow bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless connection, really handy for multiple devices. Not a hardcore gamer, the 16K sensor is way above my requirement, 3K is good enough for my 2560x1600 monitor. Highly recommended to anyone getting a wireless mouse.

This wireless mouse is incredible. No connectivity issues. Smooth use. My boyfriend has a different wired version that seems “beefier” and I love the design of this one which allows my smaller hand to fit and grip well. It’s less of a “domed” mouse so your palm lays flatter and allows for a better hold, in my opinion. So far so good!

Just perfect for my hands. I love the rubber grip for thumb resting. It also prevents me to accidentally press the programmable buttons on the side. I also love how I can increase the sensitivity. Scroll wheel is not really quiet but no big deal for me. I play FPS and this mouse hasn't given me any problems.

I purchased this mouse to replace my Razer Mamba that I bought in 2012 (that worked beautifully for 8 years!). I am personally a big fan of wireless peripheral, especially when there is no notifable drawback in performance. This was an easy purchase for me and would highly recommend this to a friend.
