Broke within a month of use, poor quality of voice

It was not a straight up easy install. And it sounded rather muffled. So I traded it in for Corsair

woked well briefly. stopped working abruptly. poorly made

Uncomfortable. Also hard to use wireless. Never got it to work

It has shortage when you hook up. It is glitching .

cusions around ear are too small. hurts ears within 30 min. sound quality is not that great. mic is nothing but static garbage. non braided cable. 3.5mm jack feels really cheap. and razer wouldnt give me my money back so im stuck with them. do yourself a favor and buy a pair of hyper xs instead.

Headphone quality is crap I bought this to replace broken head phones and some how these are worst than my already crappy headset.

Trash. Mids and highs are terrible. No lows. And if you want to edit the frequencies, you have to BUY into the Razer monthly subscription plan. Complete joke. DON’T RECOMMEND

These headphones, didn't last long, they broke down within weeks

Mic gave out after a week it wasn’t damaged it just gave out and was not able to return it within 2 weeks

broke after not even 2 months of using it. little wire inside headset just snapped off. there was BARELY any solder on the wire. i want a replacement NOW

Sound quality was bad on pc. If you are looking for a headset get the one that has a sound card.

The microphone broke within the first 2 weeks after purchasing.

Wasn’t working ..poor product ..the mic didn’t work properly

Solid. Already had a decent pair for work that had noise cancelling but not a good mic, so had to trade off there. Even without noise cancelling the sound quality is good. All my friends say they can hear me much clearer now too. Lightweight and comfortable-- I've noticed the crown of my head getting tired after wearing my other pair for an hour or two, while I can wear this one for a while and never experience discomfort.

Impossible to set up. I tried everything even the USB extensions and the mic refused to work snd the ear phones were low. They look great. Had potential.

Headset tends to hurt the earls after 10-20mins of usage.

3.5mm Audio jacks do not allow for surround sound. The audio quality is very "Stereo" and does not have much depth or dimension to it. I purchased this item for $50 and immediately returned it.

Serves its intended purpose well. A fair priced middle ground headset. Razer came through with this awesome and affordable headset with the regular gamer in mind; big sound quality at a reasonably low cost. I’d stay away from their blackshark headset and the elite. I’ve had both and those crapped out after about a year or regular use. This delivers. Comfortable, sounds good, and didn’t cost me a huge buck.
