Mic stopped working 3 months after starting to use it. Trying to get warranty service good luck with that. Razer makes it very hard. And Best Buy was no help either.

I purchased this mainly to use on my Xbox Series X and it is the worst pair of headphones I have ever used on an Xbox. Absolutely horrid sound from it. I tried Dolby Atmos, I tried DTS X, and I even used the normal stereo headphone formats, and every single one of them had a hollow, deep, boomy sound to them. Absolutely horendous.

My item was received broken and my item was 200 miles away. I tried getting a refund or an exchange and they wouldn’t let me because my item was 200 miles away, so I just paid for this item and it was brought to me damaged.

Trash. Mids and highs are terrible. No lows. And if you want to edit the frequencies, you have to BUY into the Razer monthly subscription plan. Complete joke. DON’T RECOMMEND
