Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Razer Blade 15.6" gaming laptop's performance and graphics capabilities, frequently praising its ability to handle demanding games smoothly. The build quality also receives high marks, with many noting its sleek design and durable construction. However, some users point to significant heat generation and relatively short battery life as drawbacks.

I wouldn’t pay full price for this but Best Buy ha a Black Friday deal where it knocked 40% off down to $1599. At that area, it’s a good value for a sleek gaming laptop.

Got the laptop on Black Friday - excellent price to performance after sale - razer does a pretty good job making sure the laptop stays quiet and cool at all times compared to other competitors

I bought this from bb open box, I plugged it in and I played with for a couple hours. But the battery would not charge, it was fun why it lasted. Returned it the next day.

Its a good gaming laptop however it overheats. Razer usally makes good products but i was disappointed with this model. If you are getting this laptop other than gaming purposes i would say go for it. If you are planing to game with it make sure you get a extended warranty plan with this product.

It's a great product, but do more research before you buy it, definitely would not have bought it if I knew more about the razer competitors.

Where to start. I guess the first issue I noticed straight out is a damaged box upon delivery with a dirty, scuffed up laptop inside of it being sold as "excellent" condition by Best Buy. I have bought so many open box item in the past and this is my first huge disappointment with them. I mean literally I've had better condition item come from items labeled as "fair." Secondly the laptop itself. This is a comparison to my MSI GS66 with an i9 32 gigs ram and rtx 2070 super. Performance wise it was almost identical for $600 less. My biggest issue with Razer was #1 the audio drivers would not be recognized after two or three reboots, trouble shoots you name it. Kept saying no audio input or output device. #2 their support app was showing the setting for this new 300hz display as either 60 or 240 hz.... Is this a mistake? I have no idea. At this point I gave up on this laptop and Best Buy. Will be returning it the day after getting it. Not sure who dropped the ball more Best Buy for poor inspection or Razer for putting out products worth $3000 that need to be played as a lottery to get a functioning one.

I received my Blade 15 today (0330x line) and attempts to update the BIOS using the Jul 03 BIOS update download on Razer’s site. The software began the update process and blue screened. After the blue screen shutdown, the unit did not start back up. Great hardware, poor software where it really matters.

    Memory Issues, poor customer support

I just finished doing a full reset on this laptop. I wish I had gotten an extended warranty, as Razer’s customer service is a joke. It took weeks of back and forth with them to get a link from them for recovery. The laptop runs super hot (I wear shorts and t-shirt plus tan blowing directly in me in middle of winter). I play ESO, and the sound stutters and I can’t move 20 feet without a loading screen. Discord stutters if used with game. My 9 year old desktop (no upgrades) has better game performance. I’ve been getting blue screens with different memory related errors, and diagnostic tool hangs. I can’t believe I paid so much for such terrible support.

Great PC if you can afford it

So this Laptop is the dream laptop, it is very expensive. But with that expense you are getting amazing build quality. The aluminum uni-body build to this laptop is still incomparable to this day. Now the 2080 super model might be overkill for some people and you might have better luck with the slightly lower spec'd models. But if you wanna crush everything you throw at this thing, and be able to keep it in your backpack, then the 2080 super model is for you. This thing is no joke.
