Battery Issue

I am in the process of getting the battery changed for the 2nd time due to them getting bloated. Razer support is not the best either. I have had various gaming laptops and never had this issue even leaving them plugged in and gaming for 4-10 hrs straight with them. Just be aware that the battery will probably have to be changed every year.

Bad QC

I've had to send it back for one fairly repair, and then 7 months after the warranty expires the GPU completely burned out and I have a brick. For the first time in my life I bought a $2,000 computer thinking it would last 5 years and I was investing, but what I have is a pile of trash. every cheapo $700 laptop I had before this lasted at least 5 years. Do not buy Razer.

Overheats on idle
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the power button is impossible to turn off and gets sticky. the mechanical balance of the power button only works if you push it right in the middle of the switch. I tried turning off the computer several times and it would not turn off. I thought the computer turned off. When I came back, the laptop burned down when left idle for a few hours. No longer works. Never ran any games or streaming video on it. Overheats very easily.
