So first things first - this laptop is super cute because it’s pink! But lets get into the cons… 1. The keyboard backlight has issues. Every 3 days it stops working. I’ve only owned it 1 week and it has already stopped working 3 times. Customer support from Razers only fix is to delete and reinstall synapse. To have to do that every 3 days is quite annoying and time consuming. Issue 2. The screen randomly flickers black. No resolution. Lots of reddit users experiencing the same problem. Gripe 3. Theres only 1 USB port. Awful! I need at least 4-5 and didn’t realize this when I read the specs obviously. So cant use external mouse and keyboard at same time. Or sync my devices. Or use an external storage. Gonna have to buy an adapter. Overall this is the fastest laptop I’ve owned. It even handles games like Stardew Valley on stream. I just really hate the issues I do have with it which is why 3 stars. For a $1500 laptop I expected better.

Had nothing but problems with this laptop. Blue screen of death while on warranty, and Razer support took around 2 months to get it fixed. After the warranty, I had a malfunctioning screen (never dropped the laptop or spilled anything on it) I tried to save myself money and get it repaired elsewhere but nowhere aside from the official Razer company can repair their devices because they keep their parts on lock and out of circulation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The laptop is really in good design, and all performances are real. Screen is like 4K. Wifi is so fast. Battery keep long power.
