Very annoying especially when playing a scary game and my guts drops because of headphones

Absolutely love this headset. What a great happy accident. Love the look and ease of use of this product. For the price you just cant beat it.

Maybe defective product?

Maybe for sounds in a certain range. I’ve tried for a few days at troubleshooting the issue. Other than the crackling mic quality pretty good. I don’t like the location of the physical mute button in the back of the headset. Sound was fine when it wouldn’t crackle.

Couple Issues.

Really annoying. It was probably defective. But I returned this item and got myself a Blackshark V2. 2. On my laptop, the headset works fine on both USB-A ports, except the mic doesn't work on one of them. In my opinion, the hypersense is nothing special. It can get annoying most of the times which forces me to turn it off.
