This is an excellent headset with a great build quality. I just don’t think its features justify how expensive it is. Hopefully it will drop in price to be more enticing. I haven’t had any issues with it though.

It’s excellent, my husband can be playing a game and still hear the game when outside barbecuing. He used to own a chord one but now when we both are playing side by side and I ask him to shut the door (his set up is closer to the door) he can get up and close it without yanking a chord!

Ok it is cool to have a OLED screen but in functionality terms definately not good. To take tour hands off the keyboard or mouse to go all the way to adjust game/chat balance its just takes too long. They should’ve put a wheel for the game/chat balance on the headset cups instead just being on the oled; to make it easier and give more options. If you’re pauing $400 for a headset, at least should be exactly how it is easier for you to adjust it. Haptics feedback is very good BUT just doesn’t worth 400 bucks for that.

The sound quality is superb. The Oled screen has really nice customizations. The haptic feedback is very nice for when listening to music or for feeling that extra reaction to a sound

Headphones are super good especially with the haptics on, you literally feel everything in the game whether its the gunshots or revving from a car engine. Also they dont feel like they’re squeezing my head like other headphones. Overall 10/10

Haptics are awesome and you can customize it to your preference as far as how stong it is. The sound is crystal clear and the control box is super cool. Adds an awesome vibe to your desk space.

Best headset ive used to date. I've used a ton of different brand and razer has been my go too. The adjustable features is what is the standard on high ends. Haptics on low and adjusted for foot steps and explosions is definitely a game changer.

The sound is decent, but at this price point you can just get professional headphones.
Razer software is very complicated and makes troubleshooting/setup/settings annoying.
Overall very ehh.. feeling after owning for awhile.
The haptics are cool but super specific and niche on when they turn on.

I had the older, wired version of this and I loved it. This new version is wireless, easy to setup, and sounds great. Haptic feedback is fantastic, and it’s hard to go back to regular headphones

I love them it adds a layer of immersion you cant get from a regular sound system.
Only issues it take forever to calibrate(to much freedom)
My second gripe is you have to plug and unplug the station everytime you turn your computer or you minor connection feedback in the headphones.
Overall Id recommend

Best headset for the price . This headset fits all of my needs.. yes a little pricy but this is an all in one headset to Game on for movies and for your daily music.. i highly recommend this headset.

Starting with the good, then the bad. It has amazing presence, audio quality, and one of my favorite parts of the kraken line is the haptic bass, it makes it feel louder and more powerful without being overbearing or too high on straight volume. The control deck is neat, but little more than a gimmick unless you're planning on regularly swapping between PC and console, as everything on it is available from the software options. The headband was far less comfortable than my kraken pro v3, and clamped way harder on the sides of my head, which wasn't ideal as a glasses-wearer. It would be a great option if it were 50-100 dollars cheaper.
