Simultaneous Mode is Fantastic
After getting a headset that has simultaneous mode like this one, I'll never get a headset that doesn't have it. The ability to be connected to my PC, and a bluetooth device such as my work computer or phone saves so much trouble reconnecting to different devices, switching between things and ultimately allows me to game with headset on and still have a phone call ring in my ears from my phone. Would highly recommend just for that, but auido quality is also very good not just for gaming, but simple music listening as well. Only downside on the music front is it doesnt carry a whole lot of bass, but its not entirely designed for that either so I can't knock points off because of that.

Best headphones I ever had.
I had the V2 and really enjoyed those. The V3 is a substantial upgrade. The active noise cancellation provides a great gaming experience and the sound quality is top notch with different modes such as music, gaming and default. The Bluetooth is nice added touch. Now I can connect to my tv and use it for gaming at the same. Definitely the best headphones I ever had.
