I REALLY wanted to like these but there are some issues. Sound quality is decent but not ground breaking. The base station is quality and heafty but the nob on it is hard to grip/turn. I dont know anyone that would interact with it on a daily but then why should you need it? I wear a size 8 fitted so comfort for me was questionable. Your ears go into the cup and the clamp is crazy at least for me. And lastly, the haptics! They were a great party gag for a minute but you will get sick of it quickly. even after adjustments to the force of it, it still grows tired quick. I also had an issue with the left haptic grinding.
If these were priced at 250, I could deal with its short comings but at 400, these are dealbreakers to me.

If this plugged in and worked would be a 5 star product. But had to set up for over an hour. First need system update and restart of pc ok thats fine. Then firmware up date to oled ok. Then headset firmware update. Finally able to use nope the headset want paired to oled had to do this manually. Really should not need to pair this device and look online for how to pair when it cost this much. The updates and firmware i can live with not trying to figure how to pair to oled. But the headset itself does work and sound good after you almost return the item.

Sound quality is impressive, especially for music—nice detail, punchy bass, and no distortion. But in gaming, the haptic feedback is hit-or-miss. It starts off feeling immersive, but quickly becomes overwhelming or even annoying in some games. I found myself turning it off more often than using it. For the price, I expected more balance. Still good, but definitely not for everyone.

I love these. They feel great on my ears I have a lot of piercings and have a hard time finding some that don’t hurt my ears and the headphones don’t bother them at all. And I LOVE that they are wireless

The Razer V4 Pro headset has been awesome. The haptics on great for most games except First person. Adds too much sound when your trying to hear footsteps. But you can turn the haptics off and hear great. Only downside is battery life with haptics and RGB on.

These headphone is a powerful product, with amazing sound, that immerses you in a space where you listen to the smallest detail and the noise around you.
