We bought 2 of these for our children for Christmas. Neither DVD player worked. One of them accepted a DVD but wouldn't load it. Then the DVD got stuck inside the DVD player. The other one wouldn't even load a DVD. Just exchanged them for the Insignia model and EVERYTHING about the Insignia is BETTER!!!

Its a good small tv. Fits great in small spaces. Good low price. Good picture quality. Good sound. Easy to move around. Easy to manage.

This TV was purchased as a Christmas gift. Upon checking it out it was discovered the built-in DVD player does not work. So now we have the inconvenience of having to take it to a Best Buy store which is a good distance away. "MERRY CHRISTMAS"!

This was a combo model. The DVD player froze up on numerous occasions.

Excellent picture and features! Good for a child's bedroom or small bedroom. Love the built-in DVD player ... it saves room.

Overall, a good quality TV for the money. I would recommend this product.

Well, I have not had it work yet, so my review is not wonderful. It is a puzzle to me.

I've had the TV with built-in DVD for 2 weeks. One day I turned it on and could hear the audio but screen was black, couldn't even see a menu. I unplugged for 5 minutes to reboot, didn't help, unplugged for 30 min., then worked fine. Now it happened again, turn on, hear audio, screen black. I called the independent tech support company, was suggested it would be best to return it because it was the main board & I'm not the first to call with this problem with RCA, which is having problems with the main board - the brains of the TV. Am returning it to get another brand.

After 3 weeks of exemplary use, the display went black but the sound kept working. Unplugging the set for 5 minutes to re-boot it worked. Until you shut it off again. The screen just does not come on. But it does stay on after the re-boot. Acts like Windows Vista...LOL

I purchased this TV it took 9 days for delivery. When it sets for a while you must unplug it and wait for it to reset you may need to do this a couple of times before it will work. A piece of chyt. You get what you pay for. If it sounds to good to be true it is to good to be true. Buyer beware. I will take my loss an purchase another one somewhere. Best Buy by by.

I have had to call Verizon a number of times since when I set it on HDMI it does not hold this so everytime I turn it off I have to reprogram to HDMI.
