Buttons didn't work

OK tv not really a smart tv

I called RCA and they forwarded me to ON tv services. It is not an RCA tv. So I called ON tv and they said that is correct that it should not be able to add apps. So then I told them that it is not a smart tv it is a dumb tv. The box says that youtube should work and it does not.
