Bought the tv for Netflix . Picture color strange I am not happy with purchase I don't have the box to return the tv

Sound issues started within a month of using the TV.

Picture great for reasonable price. 3 hdmi ports nice too. Several drawbacks. TV can only use remote provided. Called service number and told there were no codes to program cable remote or universal remote. Could not register warranty as model is not listed on website. Service rep had no info on this model and told me no parts list available. Service rep also told me would be better off getting name brand.....ended up exchangin for Samsung. Very disappointed with issues. Pic was very crisp with great color and response......not enough to overcome concerns

Great picture, sound lacks bass. Also cannot add apps and has no amazon prime so I had to buy an extra accessory. Great price but would not recommend labeling this as a smart tv.

Picture, good. Smart" function, ok. Price, very good. The negative..... After 1 month the TV began turning itself on every morning at 4 am. Best buy said it wasn’t their problem as the purchase was more than a month old and referred me to RCA. RCA said they no longer make TVs, just distribute so not their problem and referred me to OnCorp, the manufacture. OnCorp said “it’s a common problem we began seeing last summer and has to do with corrupt software” (Yet Best Buy sold me the TV and still has them for sale…..). OnCorp won’t fix the TV but will direct you to several web pages (none will open or run) where they suggest you download new software then upload to your TV yourself, again you can’t get the webpage to open to get the fix. Finally after 1 week and about 6 hrs. on the phone I got ahold of an OnCorp tech. who admitted they were having problems with the webpage as “100s of people are having the same issue”. The tech agreed to send me the “fix” on a memory stick and I am waiting to see if he makes good. I think what bothers me more than anything else is both Best Buy and RCA know the TV is defective yet not only continue to sell it but made no effort to contact owners who bought the TV to fix the problem. From now on I will have to factor the Best buy protection plan into the cost of all electronics before I decide where to purchase. The price wasn't such a great deal when you factor the time spent.

For a smart tv, especially at this price, it's a good buy. The picture is clear and relatively crisp although it lacks the dynamic pop that the premium end name brands produce. Sound quality is satisfactory, but is dramatically improved with the addition of a sound bar. Easy enough to set up if you are will to toy/experiment with the options beyond what the manual tells you. According to the other reviews it's a hit or miss type of product, but I found the investment to be well worth the cost. A solid budget friendly option.

Bought this TV when it was on sale and was a great purchase based of price point and size. I had problems at first with the TV not responding to the remote. Turns out it was not the TV but actually the DirecTV receiver causing some issues (Turn off the HDMI control if this is your issue). Overall, I am happy with the product because of its ease of use, many apps (there's an App Store), and quality.

None of the "smart" features work. Netflix crashes 5 minutes into a show and won't continue. The YouTube app crashes so badly it locks up the entire tv and it has to be unplugged to recover. No way to update the apps. Trying to update the TV firmware results in a "Cannot read metadata" error, so it won't update. Buttons on the remote not responsive, plus it has to be directly lined up with the IR port of the TV to work. No information on RCA website, no patches or firmware updates that could be side loaded, even if we had been able to find any. This thing is a piece of garbage and was not ready for commercial release to the public. Avoid it at all costs.

The WI-FI connection worked good for 5 weeks then suddenly stopped. I called tech support and the rep said she has a Samsung because it is better quality. I was told that the router needs to be within 3' of the T.V. for the WI-FI to work properly. Tech support is sending a repair person to look at the television in 4 weeks. I cannot return to Best Buy because it is past the 125 days since purchase.

TV does have a good picture sound quality is real bad after I got it set up I called RCA technical support and asked them that there should be a way to adjust the treble and bass they didn't even know what I was talking about now it won't turn off or even adjust the sound they said it may be the main board but didn't know but they would have to open it up to see when I buy something I don't want it opened up !!

Right out of the box the wireless wouldn't hold a connection. RCA sent a tech out, who spent a few hours and decided it needed a new main board. RCA was great at keeping me updated, but after a couple months was unable to get a replacement part. They were very helpful in getting Best Buy to give me a replacement--unfortunately I'd already built the cabinet to match this TV or I would have traded for another. Best Buy, knowing that the TV CANNOT BE REPAIRED, wouldn't even consider giving me an extended warranty, or ability to return after 30 days if it broke. This TV is obviously a special deal, a collection of whatever parts RCA has laying around to build the TV. They don't have the parts to repair it.

DO NOT CONSIDER IT EVEN NOT EVEN 5 DAYS OLD & I AM RETURNING IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY THE OPERA TV FEATURE SUCKS COMPARED TO ROKU IN MY OPINION PLUS IT DID NOT WORK 3/4 OF THE TIME

Great TV for Netflix streaming, no problems with wireless internet. Remote kind of sucky, have to be the in perfect position to change channels. Also font is extremely small. Volume lags sometimes but that might be WIFI issues or something.No issues besides that.

Biggest mistake I ever made buying an RCA, less than 20hrs of watching the motherboard blew, been waiting since December & now in January I'm told they can't find the part it's back ordered. Lousy customer service!!

I'm very dissatisfied with this product. The TV stopped working after being turned on 4 times. I do not recommend this product for anyone. Geek Squad will come out to look at the TV for a $100 fee. This is not acceptable for a brand new product. Next up, RCA.

Great picture quality and size. Down side is the built in speaker; weak and leaves you wanting more.

Pandora app does not work. Called RCA and they said it may not be available for some time. I purchased product for thks now I'm stuck with it
