  • Worst Experience purchasing a TV

    So original when I ordered this TV it said it was going to take about 2 weeks to be delivered, they overnighted the TV to my home address. That was SUPER awesome I was so excited. The TV literally does not even turn on at ALL, I tried multiple WORKING outlets and even tried to turn on the TV with and without the remote and nothing this TV was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I reached out to Best Buy customer care, they didn't even seem to be somewhat caring about the situation, the care advisor tried to get me connected to the "Geek Squad"... Are you serious? I just bought a NEW tv and they would like me to troubleshoot. I get it, the Tv does NOT turn on. I think by now turning a TV would be pretty simple. Extremely dissatisfied, now I have to take this TV to my local Best Buy and return it. I have never written a bad review on a product EVER.
