Great Deal for the Price

Best Buy gave a discount at checkout that covered the taxes and free shipping. I paid less than $299! It arrived undamaged and easy to de-crate. No slide-out chassis. Screwed the top mounting ledge to the AC and placed it in the window. It worked and blew strong, cold air. The controls are easy to understand. The remote is small and uses a small, flat battery but easy to understand. It is 110v, so be prepared to convert that old 220 outlet.

The only flaw is the unit does not recover itself after a power outage. So, if you experience a quick power "hit", you have to turn the unit back on and insure the settings are correct.
