The price was right but I bought this product for an elderly person and asked would it control both Steaming Fios and TV, it does not have an option to cross over to volume and channel changer on the streaming fios box AND power on and off the tv, the buttons are small, the features are difficult to set up and the ease of use is questionable. Really if I had the time and desire like in my youtyh I would have bought this product and putzed with it but that is why I asked for easy peezy remote.

Easy set up and fast set up. Works great. Worth the money

Got this control when my dog got a hold of the original one. I decided on this one because it looked nice and easy to work. It was very easy to setup and use.

Easy enough to setup. If your equipment codes don’t work you will have to google to find alternatives. Other than that it gets the job done.

I highly recommend this remote if you have 6 devices, however if you have any less, there are other options that could be better.

Runs my satellite TV, Netflix and Roku as well as my soundbar. Was easy to program, too, via the code list that came with the remote.

Works well, only used to control tv. Easy to set up, volume and channel buttons work good for a bedroom size room.

Bought this on a sale for pretty cheap. I had an older RCA remote as well, and this one is very similar. Probably the last time I buy an RCA remote, however. 2 things I don't like: 1) When using for your streaming device, the purple circle is what you use to navigate. It's not super easy to hit these buttons. They're located right next to volume/channel up and down buttons, so there's very little room to hit the purple buttons and not the volume/channel. My old RCA remote was about the exact same, and I hated it for that reason. I thought this one the buttons were elevated a bit more to make it easier, but it isn't a whole lot better. Maybe I'm picky, but it doesn't seem like it should be so hard to emulate a Roku remote, which is much easier to navigate. 2) The freaking "back" button doesn't work on certain functions. Not sure if it does on Netflix, but I know it doesn't on Sling and it drives me absolutely nuts when you're searching through shows in certain menus. You literally can't go back. So you have click ok to start the show, and once in the show, then go navigate another way. This was the same on the old RCA remote as well and one of the main reasons I wanted a new one because I had assumed they would have fixed that. But nope, no deal. Definitely not buying another RCA remote for these reasons. Glad it was cheap!

Easy to program. Good feeling on keyboard. Didn't have all functions I was used to on Samsung remote though.

Bought for my son's TV and works fine. Lost the original and this was a good replacement and works excellent.

This remote was great it was easy to set up with all my devices. It tougher than it looks on the outside. My puppy for a hold of it and chewed on it. Even with bite mark and holes in it and cracked it still worked great.

I needed a control and this one helped perfectly. Kinda hard to connect at first but works great

Bought this as a replacement for an Insignia Roku TV remote after my dog destroyed the original -- was super easy to set up, just followed the instructions and was able to use within 5 minutes of unboxing.
