Incorrect measurements of the unit

We purchased this unit because the measurements of the unit would fit our small window. On the webpage, the picture of the unit as well as the specification description indicated that the unit is 15.98" wide but on the box the width is 18.58". Therefore, we have to return this unit.
The packaging was surprisingly bad, for a famous company! You just lift up the top part (cover) of the box and the sides of the box fall apart, the contents fallout from the sides of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
