This works with an iPhone, but only if you buy a special used cable, which none of the Best Buy's near me carry. So if you plan to use this, make sure you can find that cable. Bought this for a project I was doing this weekend. Now I have to wait another week to hopefully get a cable that will allow this to work.

The sound capture is better than a bare phone would be, but not nearly as good as heavy, more expensive audio gear. Mine has been used for school projects and Zoom calls. Performance was satisfactory. I wish the mobile app was more useful.

No issues from my perspective. And the fact that it doesn't need batteries is a plus for me.

Had to upgrade from the original video mic go due to it picking up interference and ruining video clips. This microphone solved that issue due to better shielding.

Lightweight pricing for a Rode!

This Mic did the job but with my little digital I was unable to read the audio levels. The sound is much better than mine so it does the job until upgrade.
