Because door width the delivery service initially didn’t want to deliver. But Best Buy promised they could deliver. The delivery guys took the freezer door off and the opened the french doors and swung the refrigerator into the kitchen. The young men were polite but I had to beg to have my refrigerator delivered because I had been waiting almost four months for it.

Very quick delivery and install. Nice and professional set up

The installers were friendly and conveniently called when they were on their way. They did not have some tools needed for the install but we didn't mind offering ours. Installation took over 3 hours. There were issues because of clearance at the front door. There were a few minor dings because of installation and I feel the guys needed a bit more experience. Finally we got charged for the new water line even though they used the old one

The guy who came was very nice and polite, and he seemed very knowledgeable. He did his work well and efficiently, and I'm very happy with the result.

1st delivery we discovered scratched on the front doors - the installers promptly recorded and removed refrigerator and returned with a new one in several days.They were efficient and careful with instillation - polite and new what they were doing.

The two individuals installed a refrigerator and a dishwasher. They were very polite and careful. Both of them knew what they needed to do and were quite efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and were done in about 40 minutes. They took the time to review the features of each appliance. I would definitely would recommend BestBuy to other people.

The installation guys did a good job of bringing the new Kitchen-Aid refer into the home without scratching the wood work or the new hardwood floor, but when installing the water line they also broke the access-door to the water filter housing... see second photo...which has yet to be replaced. Also, they could have done a bit better when removing the protective cover...see first photo...from the door handles, but this would have required special tools

The deliver men were very courteous and acted in a professional manner. They were considerate of our home and acted accordingly. Deliver, set up and removal of our old refrigerator took about 30 minutes. We were very pleased with these gentlemen.

It was great having the new freezer opened and set up professionally. The installers were quick and went over all of the new features with us.

Tools were included with refrigerator, they work great to assist with moving refrigerator for clean up.

Installation was great but overall the refrigerator is probably worth 1 star. It came dented which was replaced. The ice machine is very slow and produces less ice than my last machine, and after a month a water bottle expanded and pushed a hole in the freezer and when Samsung came out they said there was nothing that could be done after speaking to Samsung for an hour and a half

The installers were nice and overall helpful/knowledgeable. The only issues were not running the water function in the door to ensure it worked, and damaging my hardwood floor finish (see scratch and scuff in photo) when they swapped the fridges. Regarding the water, the ice worked right away, but the water takes a bit to get working. I actually thought there was something wrong, since it wasn't working after they left. It would've been nice for them to ensure it worked before they left.

The guys were excellent. Great service. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend this team.

My delivery guys were great! They were super careful when unloading and installing the fridge. They took the time to inspect to make sure it wasn't damaged like the first two I had received.

i am waiting for my third refrigerator to be delivered in December. That is why i have not reviewed earlier. the first was delivered about 3 months ago and was damaged on the right rear. the replacement was delivered 3 weeks ago and had the same damage and was delivered 3 hours late. now i have a email that said the new replacement would be delivered in December.

I bought a refrigerator and added this free service. It worked but its thru a third company and they moved our schedule day and after that they moved it again to the original day scheduled.

The guy complained and had an attitude and once he couldn’t find the waterline he was gonna take my new fridge back. Service and installation D . The product is beautiful. The in -store service was great!!

The 2 guys who delivered and installed our new refrigerator were on time and very helpful.
