My refrigerator delivery went very smoothly. The men who delivered worked together well , cleaned up, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Not really worth it. You can slide the fridge in yourself and connect the water line. Use this service if you are not confident in your own skills or are looking for maximum convenience.

Installation team did a careful and professional job of removing old refrigerator and hooking up the waterline to the my new Frigadaire

I was essentially scammed by the delivery system they offer. They delivered the new refrigerator, but instead of taking the old one, they left it in the middle of my kitchen. The old one was an LG French door, very similar to the new one, except it was Samsung. The delivery guy was in a hurry and said he couldn’t install the new one, so he just walked out while I was asking him for advice and if he had the customer service number. He completely ignored me and walked out, leaving the new fridge in the middle of my kitchen. I had to call a private company to come and install the new fridge and take the old one out, which I had paid extra $150 to Best Buy for that exact service.

The installation of the refrigerator went smoothly. The fridge was for my rental property. I was not there, but my tenant was pleased with everything.

Fridge runs noisy when open/close the door. Not sure this is normal? Freezer is little small.

Good professional installation. Prior communication with scheduling the installation was quick and prompt. Delivery was on time and they did a good job.

Felt The guys were a little rude, they stepped in with the shoes on even after we offered shoe covers. Came before time and had to sacrifice the sleep, estimated time from best buy was 9am but they came by 8.15. Since there was the old fridge to be replaced we had to struggle to move the food stuffs from the old fridge. Installation was smooth, but they didnt wait for checking the water flow from the filter (replaced fridge had issues with water flow)

The guys were professional. They couldn't get it in the front door and we're canceling the order then I asked them to try the back door. They helped my husband remove the back door then brought it in. 20 minutes later ice walker was hooked up and ready to go. Bottom on fridge is scratched so I'd suggest keeping it in the box until it's fully inside the house. This is not the one I ordered so they will return it and deliver the correct one on January 14th when it becomes available. Call to check "in stock" before ordering online, the information shown online was incorrect and we spent Thanksgiving week without a fridge.

We had installed the refrigerator in our basement. They had measured all door openings and ensured it can go thru. The team was professional and did a nice job.

Terrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. What a horrible experience we first get the refrigerator ordered in store with the rep on the floor because he was adamant on helping us so he orders online for us. Come delivery day the delivery driver tells me that they did not put on the order for installing the refrigerator in my house and when I mean, installing it means to take off the door in order to bring the refrigerator in the house so they said they didn’t have time for me and told me that he was going to leave the refrigerator on my porch told him no take it back with him so I call customer service told them my experience what had happened and how I needed to schedule another delivery. The guy apologize on the phone said that he scheduled the next service that was available so I said OK thanks still aggravated got patient and awaited then my emails were telling me something totally different. Come to find out they put the refrigerator as delivered, but not delivered and only scheduled me somebody to install a refrigerator that is obviously not at my house Which was the customer service‘s fault. Me being upset went back to Best Buy. Spoke to the manager there he had to fix everything schedule our installment at a later date, which is an inconvenience so we wait we wait and come our delivery day again we still did not get our refrigerator or a call back from anybody And it’s 7:00 PM the end of business day can’t speak to anybody. This is a terrible company I will never buy anything else from this company because they are all not on the same page when it comes to communication this is terrible. I spend $1300 on some thing that I haven’t had in three weeks. How stupid is this? Seems to me that nobody wants to help and all I want is my refrigerator. How hard can this be?

The installers were ready to go. Quickly remove old and installed new. Courteous and competent

The two guys that came out with our new set of Appliances were an A1 class act in my book. I'm not used to sitting around and watching but these guys were very nice and professional! The set up our fridge to our exsiting water line and I didn't have to lift a finger

I actually hooked up the water line myself in the basement but the Best Buy guys did the rest, they are friendly careful and skilled appliance movers..

The installation was super fast. I had my new fridge delivered and installed. Very happy with the result.

All good. I did have to fix a leaking saddle valve under the sink after the Geek Squad left. We used the original water line for the ice maker. My Granddaughter is happy with the fridge and there are no issues

No problem with install. They had the parts needed and installed was clean.

Our installer did a great job. Hook up to our existing water was fast. There were no hassles and no issues.
